The consignment (New sony smart led tv-99cm) was booked from salem to warangal dtd.06/09/2020 via safe express way bill number 87121119. The tv display was broken totally and was not in the condition to use. All was all due to mishandling at the timing of transit. Tv cost is around rs.40, 000. Sep 12, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Nothing have been done by the company till now. They haven't even replied or called us even once. We have written multiple times on the box of TV as handle with care glass item is inside. But everything is broken. Safexpress customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
