Safexpress — Misplaced parcel

I had placed an order for a TV from Shopclues.com. The set was picked up from the the pickup address however, after raising complaints with Safexpress customer care, the resolution is consignment not traceable. I've already paid for the television set on shopclues.com with order number: 72632214 Tracking Number with SafexPress: 83270786
