Safexpress — Not pick up

we have booked shipment from gurgaon to indore for date 05.10.2016 booking number [protected] date 05.10.2016 but till date 11.10.2016 not pickup.

What is the reason of not pickup,

please pickup goods urgently & delivery to indore.

Very urgent

if goods not pickup by fedex so please tell me.
