Safexpress — Unethical behaviour | |||||
Hi, I am a ph. D. Student from iit kharagpur. Due to the tenure of my ph. D. Course i have chosen safexpress to send my household material to my home address (Shyamsundar, burdan-713424, west bengal). For that, i was recommended to take safe extension service (Waybill no. 40886600; 750 inr extra paid for this service). The material reached at burdwan hub, west bengal at 18/05/2016 and stocked for four days (18/05/2016 to 23/05/2016) there. After contacting to the hub they ultimately shifted the material on 24/05/2016. The contact person in burdan hub (Mr. Saugata chatterjee, ph no. [protected]; [protected]) behaved rudely to me. He did not know manners, how to speak with customer?. Also, he denied keeping material on 1st floor of my home. So, this is really bad experience for me. I will not recommend your service to others.
