I purchased from a TV from flipkart. They delivered through SafeExpress. My Shipment was booked on 05-NOV-2015 with Way Bill No 83914755. EDD accroding to SafeExpress WebSite was 15-NOV-2015. It is still at the hub. It took 5-NOV-2015 to 12-NOV-2015, 8 days to reach from Delhi to Panipat. Which is just 2 hours away (80km). And after reaching this shipment is still not out for delivery its Delivery Date has also crossed. I don't know why under such a big company name they provide such pathetic service. This was my worst online shopping experience, thanks to SafeExpress.

4673385 - No response on delivery

We booked a refrigerator delivery to Bangalore from Vizag on 27th and in-spite so many followups the item is yet not delivered and there is very poor response from the agents.
