My NANE IS SANDEEP GOLCHHA AND MY fixed deposit of 1200000 lakh haS mature in August 2020 ..BRANCH manager is not taking any response nor R.M PURNEA.please solve my problem.other wise FIR KARNE PADEGI.TOTAL 12 FD H.

I want to withdraw my money from Sahara credit cooperative society Limited because of my daughter marriage. Due to covid-19 situation I need this money urgently. I had informed to company but they are not ready to give amount before maturity. Please help.

2.सलंग्न सूची से स्पष्ट है कि जमा राशि की परिपक्वता अवधि दिनांक 01/06/2020 को पूरी हो चुकी है। लेकिन इसका भुगतान अभी तक नही किया गया है।
3.यह है कि मेरे दुवारा भुगतान के सम्बन्ध में कई बार कार्यालय के अधिकारियों से सम्पर्क किया गया लेकिन बार बार अधिकारी इस राशि को दोबारा नई योजना में जमा करवाने के लिए अनुचित दबाव बना रहे हैं।जबकि मैंने उन्हें दोबारा जमा करवाने से स्पष्ट मना कर दिया है। फिर भी उनका चरित्र गुमराह करने वाला रहा और भुगतान नही दिया गया जोकि क्रेडिट सोसायटी के नियमों का उल्लंघन है सहारा क्रेडिट कूपरटिव सोसाइटी लिमीटेड
4.यह है कि कार्यालय के अधिकारियों का व्यवहार गलत व गुमराह करने वाला है।भुगतान के लिए उनका रवैया बेहद निराशाजनक है।5.सहारा के उच्च स्तर पर बैठे अधिकारियों से भी भुगतान के लिए कई बार बात की गई उन्हें भी भुगतान ना करके सिर्फ गुमराह किया है।
6.सहारा के एजेंट व अधिकारी अभी भी लोगों से जमा धनराशि ले रहे है। जबकि समय से भुगतान नही करते वे मेरे पैसों का गबन कर सकते है।
7.कोरोना महामारी के कारण मेरा रोजगार 6 माह से भी अधिक समय से बंद है। लेकिन भुगतान न मिलने के कारण मुझे गम्भीर आर्थिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
अतः आपसे नम्र निवेदन है कि सहारा पर कड़ी कार्यवाही करते हुए मेरी जमा धनराशि दिलाने की कृपा करें।

As per the above mentioned subject, we have invested Rs. 25000.00 in your Sahara India fixed deposit of Rs. The rupee invested has matured at Rs. 56500.00 on maturity on 07/03/2020. The agent whose mother had invested with him informed the agent that the office had been closed. In this regard, we have inspected the office at Palanpur (Banaskantha-Gujarat), which has been closed. What should we do in this matter and we are requested to return the money invested. Our mobile number is [protected].

It is respectfully submitted that I had re-invested amounting of Rupees 4, 00000 (Rs. 04 Lakhs) approximately from Sahara Q-Shop to Saharayan Multipurpose Society Limited (Sahara India Parivar) on dated 20.12.2017.The whole amount has been matured on 19.12.2020. A number of times, I have visited at the concerned Branch of Sahara, situated at Kunjpura Road, District Karnal-132001 (Haryana) and requested to the Manager to get release my payment at the earliest. but he always avoid making excuses. Sir, now I am not believe them that they will release my payment because they have been making fool of investors since a number of years.
Sir, It is further submitted that at present I am having a bad financial time and I am very helpless.

I have purchsed real state bond from sahara and after 4 years when my mature period is in the time i go to sahara office and demand for refund they replied me that refund is not possible as sebi has complain against the scheme you have deposited. They convert my deposit to q shop and after the 4 years i.E in 2017 they have also deny for refund and convert my deposit to super bb. I have urgent need of my. So in what way i will get by money refund. Please suggest.
