            I m haveing a fd in name of myself gaurav srivastava after sending so many reminder for my matured payment of my fd no one is replying to my post nor any support team is compacting. My family condition is very poor right now in terms of financial ground I request you kindly resolve my issue . Since ther is no earning member in my family after my father gulab chand srivastava and my uncle Arun srivastava . Death . Both death occurs in 2020 within period of 4 month gap . I provided the death certificate also . Kindly look into my case. I met with the zonal chife of gorakhpur zonal and regional along with sector office to .they told me that u will be given the payment but reply is comeing after send a application for payment twice via post service . I send my complain to territory office also .

                My name is Siyaram Mishra and wife Gita Devi purchased sahara Q shop bond in 16th May 2012 from Sahara India Arrah - Bihar Branch.

                When we go for maturity amount they says you can convert the amount in other bond, money is not refunded due to some company protocol it May take time, how much not sure.

                We come back to home and not convert in other bond.

                Kindly requested to you please help to get my maturity amount with delay interest.
                I attached bond paper for your reference.
