I varahagiri sayana nominee of my mother name late v. V. Ramana alias varahagiri ramanamma. My mother was expired on 11.12.2015. I submitted my documents on 04.07.2016 for death maturity claim at ramachandrapuram branch, andhra pradesh state. I contacted several times at ramachandrapuram & kakinada regional office but till date i have not received the amount. My documents nos are[protected] dt.16.10.2012,[protected] dt.19.10.2012,[protected] dt.22.10.2012 (15, 550/- x 3 nos)= total rs.46, 650/-.
Branch staff says to me death maturity process is completed. So, i request you to kindly clear my all amounts immediately without any further late sir.
