I, Ms. Gunasekari, am writing this to lodge a complaint against Sai Jobs and Consultancy regarding a serious matter of misrepresentation and fraud.On August 5, 2024, I paid a total sum of ₹50, 000 to your consultancy for a job placement opportunity at IBM in the IT sector. This payment was made based on your team's assurance and verbal commitment that a suitable position would be secured for me.However, despite your promises, there has been no proper communication or progress in the job placement process. Your representatives have continued to provide false promises and misleading updates, without taking any concrete action. As of today, I have not received any official response, confirmation, or job offer.Due to this lack of professionalism and transparency, I submitted a formal request for a full refund of the paid amount in May 2025, over three weeks ago. Unfortunately, you have failed to respond, and my repeated calls and follow-ups have been ignored.This conduct is not only unethical but also qualifies as a fraudulent business practice. I hereby demand an immediate refund of ₹50, 000 within 7 working days from the date of this Complaint. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action, which may include filing a police complaint, initiating consumer court proceedings, and seeking damages and penalties as permitted under law.
