I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the total amount of ₹2, 00, 000 paid to sai consultancy for Singapore job processing.
I initially paid ₹1, 00, 000 (Bill No: 4002) on 30/05/2025 for an S Pass application. Later, based on company assurance that an E Pass was available with quota and would be processed faster, I was asked to pay an additional ₹1, 00, 000. Accordingly, I paid another ₹1, 00, 000 (Bill No: 4461) on 29/09/2025 with a promise that the MOM approval (IPA) would be received by the first week of October 2025.
However, after receiving the payment, team repeatedly delayed the process citing reasons such as “no government approval, †“quota issues, †and “HR confirmation pending.â€
Due to your failure to provide the promised service, I requested a refund on 23/01/2026. team confirmed that the refund would be processed within 4 weeks.
On 07/02/2026, I was again assured that my profile would be processed in the MOM portal and that the IPA would be obtained on or before 26/02/2026. This commitment was also not fulfilled.
Since then, multiple refund dates have been provided, including 30/03/2026, but no payment has been made. I have continuously followed up through phone calls and direct visits, but there has been no proper response from company side.
I have all supporting evidence including payment receipts, bills, communication records, and call recordings. Take this complaint and take action
