I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the job application I submitted on May 2, 2025, for a position in Dubai through your agency. It has now been over six months, and I have not received any clear or consistent updates regarding the status of my visa or deployment.
Despite multiple follow-ups via phone, I have only received varying and unconfirmed assurances that the visa would arrive on several dates – initially July 20, then May 19, and later by the last week of September. However, during my most recent call on October 8, I was informed that the visa application process has not yet been initiated, which contradicts the previous updates I was given.
This prolonged delay and lack of transparency have caused me significant financial and emotional stress. I had taken out a loan to cover the placement expenses, and I am currently paying ₹13, 500 monthly to repay it. To manage these payments, I have been working in construction, which was not my intended plan when I entrusted your agency with this process. I believed in your commitment, but I now realize I should have exercised more caution.
Furthermore, it has become increasingly difficult to get in touch with anyone from your office, as most of my calls go unanswered. When they are answered, I am provided with vague or conflicting information.
I kindly request a clear and honest update regarding my application and visa process. If there are any further delays or issues, I would appreciate being informed transparently so I can plan accordingly.
I hope you understand the seriousness of my situation and respond at the earliest.
And kindly refund my reg amount (100000+1000) by tomorrow (8/10/2025).
