After numerous follow-ups, I have yet to receive my refund. It has been more than five months, and despite filing a consumer complaint, there has been no proper response or initiation of the refund procedure. Their reply will the same default mail sending “will contact you” for the past five months.

Iam k. Maria robert, i paid 91, 000 iam attaching that proof below till now iam not getting refund from them.
First the process start for singapure hotel job they told me the process will get over in a month so i paid 90, 000 on 17 th may 2023 after that they not arranged a single interview for me. Worst service and response in above job consultancy’s..

I have paid the funds of Rs 1laks and with registration fee of 1000 in the past five months back. Every time I called and ask for job status, keep on changing the dates, but unable to respond properly.

Hence I raised refund procedure to team, but again literally irritating extend for more weeks..

Pls intervention and support for refunds on high priority..

I had raised a complaint last week on delay in refunds. Even after that there has no action from their end to process it. Instead they asked me to withdraw the complaint. I have been making atleast 50calls a day and sent multiple mails and whatsApp messages. Having known the number, they are ignoring and cutting the call. They have not responded for any of it nor has had the BASIC COURTESY to call back
This shows that they do not even have the bare minimum respect for the customer.
It seems to be a total group who is inventing ways/excuses to not give back the money.

I REGRET CHOOSING THIS CONSULTANCY AND GIVE A WORD OF CAUTION TO ANYBODY PLANNING TO GO THERE- DO NOT FALL IN THEIR TRAP IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR MONEY AND TIME

My Bill no - 2021, 50, 000 + 1000 Paid on 20/Sep/2023 for this consultancy. Before scheduling the interview i rejected to take and requested for the refund. Keep on requesting the team to refund my money but no use. Please do not believe this consultancy they won't work as per the terms and conditions they put. In case you paid money then refund not possible.

I am reaching multiple team members. especially "+[protected]" number handling my request from September. please be respectful at your job mam. don't cheat people to earn. She always say 'we will confirm you through mail'. After 5 months she is telling to give me the confirmation mail and not refund. please don't believe and don't pay.

I registered with this consultancy in June 2022. I was promised of a job offer within 90 days. However they kept delaying and committing new dates everytime. Finally in Aug 2023 they said they cannot process this request. Hence I applied for a cancellation on Aug 11 2023.From that time I have followed up multiple times for refunds throught various modes.
