[Resolved]  Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Refund delayed more than two months

This is Jayamoorthy Jayaraman & my bill number is 373.

I wish to bring to your kind notice that I was cheated by a consultancy for a Singapore job. Initially, they asked me to pay Rs.1000/- for a job searching process and to find a job from reputed companies in Singapore. So I paid the amount on 08/08/2022 as per the enclosed receipt. Then after two weeks they called me and informed that for further visa processing need to pay Rs.50000/- and I too paid them as requested Rs.50000/- on 22/08/2022 as per enclosed receipt. I believed on them for getting me a job within 3 to 4 months but after 4 months also i did not get any call from consultancy regarding my job confirmation. As no other option, I have sent an e-mail to them requesting for refund my money as they agreed but they have informed me via phone that "as per company policy within 3-4 weeks" will refund the amount on 21/01/2023 as the maximum date. They did not refund the amount on the said date and again they were asking us time extension to refund the amount on 14/02/2023. Today I got call from the consultancy informing me that they can not refund the amount as agreed and once again (3rd time) they are asking the time extension to refund the amount on 25/02/2023. It clearly understood that they are trying to cheat me every time as refunding the money after a long duration but it is vain. So please help me to get my money back which will support my financial commitments.
