[Resolved] Sai Education And Job Consultancy — fraud consultancies | |||||
This consultancy provide fake commitment which means they saying processing time is just 60 to 90 days (it's a maximum time ) but once they was completed they are arrange one meting then say some problem in our client side so can't send you on time so please wait again 60 days. This fake commitment was continuously given. first they need to pay 1000 for refundable registration. Then you need job in abroad first payment is 1 lakh for immigration registration and once medical is completed they ask second payment which means 50% of your overall amount then finally they take 1 year or more to be honest my friend was waiting more than 2 years anyway finally they are return our money back but just how he play smartly which means he put money to investing some industries to get benefit and return back our original amount so those who are looking outside they are just thinking he can't able send abroad so he return back our money but they real is he just use our money to investing and give it back so finally we lost one or more years and spoil our carrier and one more thing he is not direct person for placing job in abroad he is third person Was this information helpful? | |||||

What we are giving the wrong commitments to you Mr. X? As per the consultancy terms and conditions set forth herein, Candidate hereby engages the Consultant to perform, as based on Job opportunity at aboard. The Consultant trying to arrange a Job placement for the Candidate in the country of within a span of 6 months from the date of payment of the processing fee. We are informing to all candidates if you have lost your job and are finding it hard to secure fresh placement so actively participate in your current working company. Once Visa approved you and received the visa from current applied company after that you can go ahead resign your current job after having your own time for a three-month notice period will do the all process otherwise your wish. The process not only based on consultancy Mr. X. it's based on candidate performance for the interview, Visa, Medical complications and aboard company terms & conditions. The determining visa availability for applicants at the company based on batch process. We are not doing the direct company service we are doing direct HR & 3rd party based service. We can’t able to satisfy for all candidates. But we are trying our best service for our clients . Per month 500 candidates trying for aboard job but can’t get the job for everyone. All based on above the issues. We can't provide the service after that we refund the money right that’s not smart Mr. X the real called is genuinity. We are doing the service from 2010. We have placed for more than 1000+ candidates for aboard but not received this kind of false review from any one. Thank you. | |||||

This seethalakshmi I was paid 1000 RS on march 31st they told me wait 4 to 6 weeks I will arranging two jobs which job you like you just confirm that but still i don't get a job, they don't response my calls and some how they pick my calls means they simply saying your job is under process so just wait I call u back in few days but no one calling. I raise complaint on many times, I don't know what they doing. Now I realize I just Simply waste my time and money

But the company makes some delay processes for further process. But you have complaining again and again there is no update.
After your registration started the Covid – 19 second wave during the pandemic period the market level is down we all know the facts about situations. I paid a bulk amount to them for getting a jop in one OEM company on June2020. They asked me to wait for 3 Months as mentioned in their teams and condition. Initially their responce was good, But after 90 days their responce was very bad. They will not pick phone calls and they won't reply for the Messages even after seeing it. I got vexed completely. After that i got their MD Mr. Vijay Phone Number and tried to contact him, He also didn't picked my calls. Almost 115 days completed i lost my patience and asked them to refund my money.
They said it will take 3 to 4 Weeks for refunding your Money, So i got raised then shouted at them and insisted them to refund my money with in a week. I was in banglore so i can't able to come chennai to get my money back from them So i asked them that my wife will come to your consultancy for signing your refund related documents. 1st they said ok for that ater shouting at them they said " You have to come for getting your money back". They took as advantage that i was in banglore & delayed by refund.
Then i came to chennai and visited sai consultancy to get my money back. They asked me to wait for very long time and asked unwanted questions too. They tested my patience again. The manager Ms/Mrs ------- asked me to write a letter that i need refund of amount ... Etc and also they asked me to write that " I wont put any bad reviews regarding their consultancy on any social networks, If i put any bad reviews they can take legal action on me". That like they asked me to mention on that letter. I completely refused to write like that on the letter. So they said if you not mentioned like that your refund will not be done.
After long argument they informed to local one police officer regarding this after that one police officer came to that consultancy and threatened me by supporting them. Without any option So I wrote as they said on the letter. By seeing the things which happed to me on that consultancy. Sai consultancy is Very Very Worst ever consutancy on chennai. Always Becarful before choosing any job consultancy.
Will you please preffer any other consultancy
