I am writing this complaint to report the fraudulent and irresponsible behavior of Sai Groups of Organizations, to whom I had paid money with the assurance of receiving a job placement. Despite making the payment, no job was provided to me, and even after repeatedly requesting a refund, the consultancy has failed to return my money.
I have already raised a complaint against them once. After that, the company contacted me and asked me to withdraw the complaint, promising that they would return my money soon. However, even after several weeks, they have still not refunded the amount.
The HR representative, Amutha, repeatedly gives me dates for repayment, but every time, they fail to keep their promise. They told me they would return the money on specific dates on two different occasions after the complaint, but they did not do so. Whenever I try to contact them, they either do not answer the calls, or if they pick up, they simply tell me they will “pay by evening” or “pay on Friday, ” which never happens. Once the weekend comes, they stop responding completely. The following Monday, the same cycle repeats with new false promises.
Additionally, since we were losing trust in HR Amutha, we requested the contact details of the founder, Vijay, to escalate the issue. However, she consistently refused to provide his contact information, further preventing us from resolving the matter and raising additional concern about the transparency and credibility of the organization.
It is clear that the consultancy is deliberately delaying and avoiding repayment. I have been patient and cooperative, but their continuous negligence, false commitments, and unprofessional behavior have caused me significant mental stress and financial loss.
I kindly request the concerned authority to take strict action against Sai Groups of Organizations and ensure that I receive my refund at the earliest. I am ready to provide any additional proof such as payment receipts, call logs, or chat screenshots if required.
