Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Delay in refund process/Refund not processed

Hi, My name is Narendran. I had paid one lakh of rupees to Sai consultancy for my wife on 18.10.2024.They had made an agreement and given promise to place her in IBM within 3 months. It has been passed almost 10 months, she hasn't placed in IBM. Since, we don't have hope on them, we had initiated refund from our side by May 2025. But still the money is not refunded. We haven't received any proper update from their end. We keep on getting update as it will be refunded. But my money is still not refunded.

I am raising a complaint now. Kindly help with refund process.
