[Resolved]  Sai Education and Job Consultancy — failed to refund misleading promises & delays for my amount

I approached a job consultancy that initially collected ₹1, 000 from me as a registration fee, promising to arrange a job. Later, your representative, informed me of an HR vacancy at IBM and assured me that I would definitely get the job if I paid ₹50, 000. Trusting her words, I paid ₹50, 000 in cash on January 29, 2024.

When there was no progress on the job, I submitted a refund request via email in August 2024. Since then, I’ve been following up continuously, but I’ve only received false promises and repeated delays.

Princy ma'am kept telling me that the refund would be processed between 6 PM and 8 PM, but when I questioned how that would happen after the consultancy closes at 4 PM, she simply said, "We will send it online." Despite these reassurances, nothing was done.

In late February 2025, I received a refund contract via email stating that the full amount would be returned by March 14, 2025. I trusted them again and signed and sent the deed back on the morning of March 14. However, the refund has still not been credited.

Even now, when I ask for updates, I am told to "Please wait, we will complete it soon, " which was also said yesterday. It's been more than a year, and I have received neither the job nor my ₹50, 000 refund.

This has caused me serious emotional stress, loss of time, and financial difficulty. I am now left with no option but to escalate the issue. Please refund my amount immediately
