I, Prajwal P, am filing this formal complaint against Sai Education and Job Consultancy, located in Valasaravakkam, Chennai, for engaging in fraudulent and deceptive practices involving false job placement promises and failure to refund an amount of ₹2, 01, 000.
I have paid Sum of Rs 2, 01, 000 for Sai Education and Job Consultancy for job placement in Singapore in IBM company.
one thousand for Registration On 09/09/2024 Rs1000/- and on 25/09/2024 Rs 2, 00, 000/-. I spoke to person (Fathima mercy) she works there as a client service associate in Sai education and job consultancy located in valasaravakkam Chennai when I spoke with her she promised that they will provide job in Singapore at IBM company for that I have to pay 2lacks as a fee and 1000rs as a registration fee. On 09/09/2024 I paid Rs1000/- for registration and on 25/09/2024 I paid sum of Rs 2, 00, 000/-.for job placement after this Sai consultancy made a written agreement and processing time was 4months on the agreement, if they didn’t place me on the several time as per agreement, they said they will return 100% full amount of Rs 2, 01, 000/-.Reading all those details in agreement I trusted them, I registered and paid the above written amount and I waited, after 2mnths I called Fathima mercy for several times for my update for the job process, there is no update and she told my job process is handling by other person(Amutha) and she gave me the number of (Amutha) she works as HR counsellor. I called many times for my update they will not response properly, Then after 4months on Jan I contacted Amutha, she said my process is going on till now no update and told me to wait for another 1 month. Again, I waited, on Feb again I spoke with Amutha she said the same thing that there is no update and Singapore government not issuing visa as of now, and again she told me to wait till may for job placement.
I waited almost 5months again they are telling me to wait till may, so it is almost 8 months. So that I told them I don't want their job service anymore and asked them to cancel the process and refund my money. I had sent an email on the 27th of Feb 2025 then later I got a reply from them on they said my refund will be done in 3-4 weeks from the date of email I send, so I waited and called them after a month on 1st of April because 4th week of march was Ramadan holidays. So again, she told me, refund process is Going and told me to wait till April 15th.This consultancy has clearly engaged in fraudulent practices by making false job promises and taking money under false promises. I am now facing severe financial difficulties because of this.
I demand an immediate refund of ₹2, 01, 000, which was wrongfully collected from me, along with compensation for the mental stress and financial hardship caused by their fraudulent behavior.
I kindly request you to take strict action against Sai Education Consultancy and help me recover my money at the earliest.

Updated by Prajwal55 i struggled a lot to get my money back, they refunded my money after 9 months. simply i paid money to them, no use, waste of time, everything etc etc. finally they told me to resolve the issue and i am resolving
