I am Naveen from Chennai, registered in Sai Groups of Organization on 13/09/2024 by paying Rs.1000, that they will offer me a job in product based company within 75 days of payment of Rs.50, 000. Within 15 days I paid Rs.50, 0000 to them and they promised that they would offer me a job for 100% surety. Some days later they said the offer will be released late due to some issues. So I waited again for 30 days, and again they are saying I should wait. So I waited till January then also the same waste replies from them. So I decided to get the money back and I have withdrawn it on Jan 27 and they said they will refund the amount as soon as possible. I asked for the exact date, but they didn’t say that.
In spite I am asking again and again, the same reply was the reply. Already there was no job so I got frustrated, they are making me more mentally ill, and I am keep on following day by day but no proper replies. After so many struggles they said they will refund the amount on feb 19. I asked for mail confirmation they didn’t give that. I waited till Feb 19 in despite no replies. If I am calling them, they won't pick and from the mail side, the reply is “we are processing, as soon as possible”.
Again, they said one date, on that date the amount will be refunded 99% but it didn’t. then again they gave another date with mail confirmation on march 28 . But on march 28 they said there was issue and the payment will be get delayed. So again the process continues and the mail confirmation for April 16 was received. When I called them no replies and for mail also no reply. They called on April 16 evening and said there was a issue so the payment date was postponed to April 26 and they said they will give mail confirmation for this. I don’t know what to do with these consultancies. Its been more than 6 months they didn’t give my a job, my career get collapsed, not refunding the money etc.
I saw the complaints of other victims, for them sai consultancy replies was totally not fair. For me also they say the same. From my side everything was fine. If the process getting delayed means they should say this in the first. They will say 4 or 5 days before the mentioned date.
So I am raising a complaint against this Sai consultancy for their fake promises and getting delay in the refund process. Always fake promises not a single event happened on that particular date which they have mentioned. I was totally sick both mentally and physically because of this consulatancy .They ruined my carrer, money, time, peace, health everything.
I need the amount of 51, 000 with interest and fine amount within a week.
