Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Non-Refund of 1,00,000 by Sai Education and Job Consultancy Despite Job and Visa Failure

I, vijayaraaj (bill no:-2481), had paid ₹1, 00, 000 (One Lakh Rupees) to Sai Education and Job Consultancy, Chennai, for their services related to job placement and visa processing in Singapore.

Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances from the consultancy, my visa process has been delayed indefinitely, and no job placement has been provided as promised. Moreover, when I requested a refund of my payment due to the failure to deliver the agreed services, the consultancy has refused to refund my money.

I have all payment receipts, communication records, and agreements as proof of the transaction and promises made by Sai Education and Job Consultancy. I believe this constitutes unfair trade practice and breach of contract.

I request your intervention to initiate the refund process of ₹1, 00, 000 at the earliest and take appropriate action against Sai Education and Job Consultancy for their unethical business conduct.
