Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Non-refund of consultancy fee (Bill No. 3429 Registered on 06/11/2024)

I paid a consultancy fee to Sai Education and Job Consultancy in November 2024 for job placement services (Bill No. 3429, Date of registration: 06/11/2024). The promised service was delayed multiple times and not provided as assured.
Due to these delays, I requested a refund for the first time in May 2025. Since then, the company has given several refund dates but has not processed the refund.
Most recently, they confirmed in writing that the refund would be completed by 05 January 2026, but the amount has still not been credited.
I have attached the payment receipt and email communications and request immediate refund of my money.
