Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Not paid refund yet

My name is Sreenath Jayachandran. I paid 1 lakh to Sai Group for job placement in Singapore in 2024. Without any updates, I asked for a refund in December. Now, a new executive of Sai is saying the refund is delayed because my phone was off. At the same time, I was contacting them via email and WhatsApp continuously. By June, they sent me a deed saying my money would be refunded on June 19, 2025. I signed and sent it back. There have been no updates; daily they have new dates. Finally, I have written a complaint here. Now they are threatening me that they will only refund the money if I write "problem resolved" in the complaint box.
