[Resolved]  Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Refund my money immediately

Im Manjula, registered with Sai Team Consultancy on 13th June 2024 by paying a registration fee of Rs. 1, 000/- for a job opportunity in Dubai. On 16th June 2024, Ms. Fathima contacted me via WhatsApp, informing me about a job vacancy at Daimler, Dubai, and requested an additional Rs. 1, 00, 000/- as a processing fee. I visited your office and paid the full amount on 1st August 2024, for which I received a proper receipt and signed an agreement. As per the agreement, I was assured that a job offer would be secured within 3 months.

However, even after 14 months, I have not received any official information regarding the job or visa status. Despite repeated calls, emails, and office visits, I was only given different dates and excuses from Mrs. Amudha. Recently, I was told the visa would arrive on 19th August, then 4th September, and later 30th September 2025, but no confirmation or official documentation has been provided. No action has been taken regarding my application.

Therefore, I request that my full payment of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- be refunded by 6th October 2025. I will personally visit your office to collect the refund. I am submitting this complaint in advance to ensure the matter is resolved promptly, and I request that the payment be made without further delay.

Through this complaint notice, I am well aware that I will not receive my money. The payment will only be given with delay. I will personally come to collect my full payment on 6th October. I demand that my money be given to me on that day itself.
