Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Refund not initiated despite repeated followups

I paid a processing fee of **₹51, 000** to SAI Groups of Organization with the understanding that the amount would be refunded if the agreed service could not be provided as per the terms of the agreement.

After the agreed period, I formally requested my refund and have been continuously following up ever since. Despite waiting for **more than 8 months**, I have still not received my **₹51, 000** refund. Throughout this period, I have repeatedly contacted the company seeking an update, but the matter remains unresolved.

This prolonged delay has caused me considerable mental stress, frustration, and financial inconvenience. What is most disappointing is not just the delay itself, but the lack of a clear resolution despite my patience and repeated efforts to resolve the issue amicably.

I am posting this review solely to share my genuine experience with others and to request that SAI Groups of Organization honor its commitment and process my pending refund at the earliest.
