Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Refund not processed / Need refund of money

I had paid one lakh rupees for my wife to get placed in IBM but we weren't assured with the job as per their requested time. So, we had raised refund process as per the norms.
But I am extremely disappointed with the placement service and refund process.

It has been almost four months passed since the refund initiated. But my money is not yet refunded and not yet received an update for the refund date.

We have been consequently receiving common update as your money will be refunded. Even though we had raised the concern and no proper response received.

I am raising a complaint to refund my money as soon as possible. Attached bill copy for reference.
