hi, this is jaiganesh from puducherry and I am writing this complaint to report a fraudulent consultancy that has cheated me by providing false job promises and collecting money under false promise.
The consultancy contacted me claiming to provide overseas/job placement services. They assured guaranteed job placement and visa support. Based on their assurances, I paid an amount of 1 lake rupees through (UPI) on 07.02.2025 . After receiving the payment, they either stopped responding or kept delaying with false excuses. No job offer, visa process, or valid documentation was provided.
Upon verification, I found that:
The job offers provided were fake
They are misleading job seekers and cheating multiple people
This act clearly amounts to cheating, fraud, and misrepresentation. I request you to kindly take necessary legal action against the consultancy and help me recover my money.
