Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Refund Payment not received as given date and time.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Sai Education and Job Consultancy concerning the inadequate service and failure to refund the fee paid for a job placement that remains unfulfilled.

On November 2023, I paid an amount of ₹50, 000 to your consultancy with the assurance that you would secure a job for me at IBM within three months. Regrettably, it has now been over eight months since the payment was made, and I have yet to receive any updates or a job placement as promised.

Despite numerous attempts to reach out and request a refund over the past four months, and after several visits to your office, I have not received any satisfactory resolution. Each time I contacted your office, I was given new promises and dates for the refund, but none of these commitments have been honored. This repeated failure to provide the promised service or issue a refund is both frustrating and unacceptable.

I hereby request an immediate refund of the ₹50, 000 that was paid. If this issue is not resolved within the next 7 days from the date of this letter, I will be forced to consider legal action against your consultancy. This will include seeking penalties for the delay and the false assurances provided.

Please consider this letter a formal notice and take necessary actions to address this issue promptly. I expect to receive the refund and confirmation in this week.
