In November 2023, I paid an amount of INR 50, 000 to your consultancy for assistance with securing a position at IBM. Despite the considerable amount of time that has passed since the payment, I have yet to receive any substantial updates or responses concerning my job application. This lack of communication and progress is both disappointing and frustrating.

I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. we need to receive a satisfactory response within few days I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities and explore legal avenues to recover my dues and seek compensation for the inconvenience caused.
