CHRONOLOGY OF SAI GROUPS MISCONDUCT:

1. **Dec 5, 2025** - Initial Contact
Sai Groups called me offering job opportunities. Demanded Rs. 1, 000 "onboarding fee." Paid immediately (Bill No. 36599 dated 05/12/2025).

2. **Dec 20, 2025** - Fake IBM Shortlist Trap
They contacted me claiming "your profile got shortlisted in IBM." Collected ALL documents:
- Experience certificates
- Educational certificates
- Personal details
(WhatsApp screenshots attached proving this fraud)

3. **Dec 22, 2025** - Signed Agreement & Payment
Agreement signed same day. They said IBM job requires Rs. 1 Lakh total:
- Rs. 50, 000 upfront (paid via GPay - Bill No. 4751 dated 22/02/2025)
- Balance Rs. 50, 000 after joining

CONTRACT CLEARLY STATES:
"Job placement within 3 months OR Rs. 50, 000 FULL refund if no service rendered"
Effective date 22.12.25 ? Tenure ends 22.03.26

4. **Complete Service Failure (March 2026)**
- No IBM interviews
- No IBM communication
- No job offers whatsoever
- Zero service delivered

5. **Week before March 22, 2026** - Damage Control Call
They called saying "recruitment process delayed, you'll get placement in June 2026."
I informed them tenure expired per agreement. Demanded refund.

6. **Refund Request & Their Lies:**
- Raised formal refund request via email
- They replied: "we will refund Rs.50, 000 as soon as possible"
- Subsequent replies: "following refund procedures, " "will check soon, " "will contact you"
- Calls now completely ignored
- No refund after 20+ days
