I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Sai Education Consultancy for engaging in fraudulent job placement activities and failing to refund my hard-earned money despite multiple assurances.

My name is Gargi chandra (Contact Number: [[protected]]). I approached Sai Education Consultancy on 06th November 2023 for job placement services. I registered with them by paying a registration fee of ₹1, 000. A representative named Princy assured me that they would arrange an interview within 2 to 4 weeks, and if I was satisfied with the offer, I would be required to make the payment for the job placement service.

After two weeks, Princy contacted me, informing me that IBM had shortlisted my profile and that I would be placed in the company within 60 days. She insisted that I needed to pay a processing fee of ₹50, 000 to secure the job. Under constant pressure and repeated calls from Princy, who threatened that the job would be given to someone else if I delayed, I made the payment of ₹50, 000 after struggling to arrange the amount.

However, once the payment was made, their behavior changed completely. They stopped picking up my calls and avoided all communication. After the promised 60-day period passed with no job offer or update, I visited their office multiple times and attempted to contact them through phone calls and emails, but I was met with complete indifference and unprofessional behavior.
After waiting for such a long time as there is no response from and failure to fulfill their promise, I decided to demand a refund of my ₹50, 000 on 12th May 2025.

I contacted Sai Education Consultancy, and they asked me to send an email regarding the refund. They assured me that the refund would be processed within 4 weeks from the date of the email. I sent the email as instructed and followed up multiple times through emails, calls, and direct visits, but they kept giving false promises and excuses.

Ms Princy eventually assured me that my refund would be processed by June 20, 2025. However, that date has also passed, and now they are completely ignoring my calls and messages.

This consultancy has clearly engaged in fraudulent practices by making false job promises and taking money under false pretenses. I am now facing severe financial difficulties because of this. Their actions are unethical, illegal, and amount to cheating.

I demand an immediate refund of ₹50, 000, which was wrongfully collected from me, along with compensation for the mental stress and financial hardship caused by their fraudulent behavior.

I kindly request you to take strict action against Sai Education Consultancy and help me recover my money at the earliest.
