I am writing this complaint to share my painful experience with Sai Education and Job Consultancy (Sai Group of Organizations), Valasaravakkam, Chennai, and to demand immediate action regarding my pending refund of ₹1, 00, 000.

Amutha, who initially contacted me for job placement services. I paid ₹1, 000 as a refundable registration fee. Soon after, I was asked to pay ₹1, 00, 000 for an IBM placement, with a clear promise that if I canceled the process, the full amount would be refunded. Trusting them, I paid the amount.
However, my circumstances changed, and I secured my own job. I immediately requested the refund, expecting a smooth and timely process. That was on 24th November 2024.
From that day onward, my journey to recover my money turned into a year-long nightmare. I have spent countless hours chasing them, trying to get a simple promise fulfilled. My follow-ups included:
Emails after emails: I wrote repeatedly over months, explaining my situation and requesting updates, but most emails went unanswered. A few replies came, vague and non-committal, giving me false hope only to be disappointed again.
Messages ignored: Every single WhatsApp or message I sent was either ignored or met with repeated assurances that never materialized. Each day waiting for a reply became more stressful than the last.
Phone calls unanswered: I called Amutha and Fathima countless times. Many calls went straight to voicemail. Others were answered with empty promises and excuses, leaving me feeling helpless.
Personal visit wasted: Two weeks ago, I went to their office in person, thinking that a face-to-face meeting might finally push things forward. I was told that my refund would be processed by 18th September 2025. Today, 26th September 2025, nothing has happened. I am still being given the same excuses, as if time and patience mean nothing to them.
Every follow-up has been a struggle, a test of patience that I should not have had to endure. Their complete lack of accountability, failure to respond, and repeated empty assurances have caused me enormous mental stress, anxiety, and frustration. My peace of mind has been repeatedly disrupted, and their behavior shows no regard for the promises they made or the commitments they undertook.
I want to make it absolutely clear: I am no longer willing to wait. This has gone on far too long, and my attempts to resolve it amicably have been met with negligence and disregard.
I demand immediate action:
My full refund of ₹1, 00, 000 must be processed without any further excuses or delay.
Sai Education and Job Consultancy must be held accountable for this prolonged inaction and continuous avoidance.
Measures must be taken to ensure that no other client has to suffer this level of stress, harassment, and unprofessional treatment.
