My bill no is 26015. I have registered Sai Consultancy on 4/10/2023. Applied Citi bank job in the month of Nov 2023.
Initially they have said within 3 months if we are unable to provide the job then you refund the amount. But job was provided as they promised due to some delay in the recruitment. Then they told me may 2024 we will arrange the interview, but due to some issues again they told it has postponed to July 2024. Then I decided to apply for refund on 22/06/2024. Still now they not processed the refund and also not picking up my calls. What's going on. please refund my asap possible...
This Sai consultancy don't have proper clients. They are keep on postponing the refund amount. Telling that still we have not recieved amount from the Hr or MD is not available to settle the refund amount. Almost 5 and half months this consultancy this has provided 6 times refund dates. Not picking the calls and only telling please wait wait. No action from their action to settle the amount. So people who are going to pay the amount for job to this please double check and pay. Because they don't clients to get the job and refund the amount.
