I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Sai Education and Job Consultancy for engaging in fraudulent job placement activities and failing to refund my hard-earned money despite multiple assurances.
I approached a Sai consultancy on February 1, 2023 that initially collected ₹1, 000 from me as a registration fee, promising to arrange a job. Later, representative named Ranjani, informed me of an Job vacancy at IBM and assured me within 3 to 4 months that I would definitely get the job if I paid ₹1, 00, 000. Trusting her words, I paid ₹1, 00, 000 through Online Transfer on February 14, 2023.
For 2 years, I was given false promises and repeated delays regarding job placement. Every time I requested a cancellation and refund of my ₹1, 00, 000, representatives Fathima and Amutha gave fake dates and false assurances, claiming I'd receive a call letter and job offer soon, which never happened.
In February 2025, I finally requested a refund again after losing hope. Even that is being delayed for over 3 months now. The Deed of Rescind was sent on April 25, 2025, with a refund date of May 12, 2025 but no refund was made. Since then, I’ve been given multiple false dates – May 29, June 10, and now June 17, 2025 – but still no refund.
Calls and messages are being ignored. My job process was dragged for 2 years with no result, and now the refund is also being delayed more than 3 months with false promises.
This consultancy has clearly engaged in fraudulent practices by making false job promises and taking money under false pretenses. I am now facing severe financial difficulties because of this. Their actions are unethical, illegal, and amount to cheating.
I demand an immediate refund of ₹1, 00, 000, which was wrongfully collected from me, along with compensation for the mental stress and financial hardship caused by their fraudulent behaviour.
I kindly request you to take strict action against Sai Consultancy and help me recover my ₹1, 00, 000 Rupees at the earliest.
