I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my job application and refund request, which has been ongoing since October 2022. Despite numerous follow-ups and assurances from your representative, Princy, the situation remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience and frustration.

After waiting for a year with minimal communication and progress updates, I applied for a refund in October 2023 as advised. I patiently waited for 3 to 4 weeks as instructed, yet no response was received. Subsequently, I completed and submitted the deed form as requested.

Despite my efforts to cooperate and adhere to your procedures, the lack of transparency and efficiency in handling my case is unacceptable. Additionally, during my in-person visit, I was assured of a refund, which has not materialized to date.

This prolonged delay and the apparent lack of concern for my situation reflect poorly on your organization's commitment to customer service and fair business practices. I demand immediate action to resolve this matter and a prompt refund of the amount owed to me.

If this issue is not addressed satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through legal channels and report it to consumer protection agencies. I expect a response to this complaint to avoid further escalation.
