Sai Service Pvt Ltd — Advance Paid replacement of Steering Column - No response.

With reference to the above subject this is to bring to your kind notice that I got serviced by maruti Baleno with Sai Service, Nagole Main Road, Alkapuri x Road, on 11.06.2025 with Job Card No.JC25000990; dt:11.06.2025 - MARUTI BALENO ZETA PETROL; Regd no.TS08FV6523.

I was told there was a serious issue with Steering Column and this needs to be replaced immediately. As the spare is not available with the store, i was told that this need to be ordered with factory at Gurgaon and it will take 7-10 days, and this will be done only paying an advance of Rs.9, 000/-

The very next day (12/06/2025) I have paid the advance amount of Rs.9, 000/- Via Phone Pay, vide UTR No.[protected]; dt:12/06/2025 & Transaction Id no.T2506120924417962492882. 7 days passed 10 days passed there is no proper response from the Sai Service till date. When I enquired about the same I was given very rude answer by one Ms. Ch Sudharani stating the they are not sure when the spare will arrive. When this is the case why you have collected advance amount from me...???

I was given a receipt with the receipt no., which is transaction number and it is written as 'TOWARDS DEBTORS SETTLEMENT'. But I do not have any due with the Sai Service. You have not even bothered to mention that this advance was taken against procurement of spare for above vehicle.
