Hi. i am disgusted the way you serve ur customers. i have been using sai service since last 15 yrs and my family has bought almost 7 to 8 cars from andheri east center and probably this is the last one for sure. tiday while servicing i was told that i wud get my car delivered tomo which was not told to me whiling booking the service. i rchd around 1040am and was made to wait till almost 1130 am bfore anyone attended me. i requested to get the car back today evening itself as i was travelling out of city. i got a call at 315pm stating car would be ready by 6pm and i shall get a call till 5 pm. i waited till 530pm then started calling to which no one answered... my rep' s phone comes as swtiched off.. WOT A DISGUSTING SERVICE... now i have to spend around 4000 rs to travel in a rented car... i am disappointed as had to let my family down... i dont get time on weekdays so no question of picking up my car on weekdays.. I had paid for the timer belt to be changed and still the sounds creeks ... which assures me that the belt was just tweaked and not changed and even I was told to pay to clean the front vent for AC which in return my jet sprays of the wiper don't work efficiently now as it used to do earlier. my wipers make a sound which was not the case earlier... i was not happy with the servicing then and had given my c-sat survey form with the kind of service I received but I was made to change my opinion on the form as it would tarnish your image ... which I relented. honestly speaking there was nothibg done during this servicing fit which I demand an conpensation for the mental agony inam going thru.. I work for six days a week which makes me impossible to deliver my car...
