Sai Service, Vasai (W) — Lapses in cleaning | |||
I have observed cleaning issues, during servicing of my car. It is repeatedly happening. Inspite of paying higher charges, service centre is not even vaccum the seat covers. The matting/carpet was totally wet. Local service centre is purely interested in completing job cards rather than passing value to the customer. I have raised the issue with Maruti Suzuki as well, however, nothing has improved. Not sure what kind of quality checks service centre carry out, before giving car back to customer.
