Samaj Kalyan Vibhag — Scholarship rejected

Dear sir
My registration no. is [protected] and dob is 26/12/1998. Im a student of b.ed 2nd yr and belong to sc category. My form is rejected by dwo officer because o[censored]nclear reasons. My form is correct but rejected.
Please help me to get my scholarship.
