I am honestly shocked and extremely disappointed with the situation I’m facing with my Galaxy Z Flip 6. The phone has suddenly stopped charging properly through the USB port, and now only charges wirelessly or when folded.

For a device that costs more than ₹1 lakh, this is completely unacceptable. I bought a premium device expecting long-term reliability, not a major charging failure after just 1.5 years.

AC part is unavailable

Dear Sir,

We registered the request with samsung regarding AC not working..as per them samsung is not manufacturing faulty AC part PCB now because of that they are unable to help..now they can help with 10 percent depreciation amount. At the time of purchase if they have mentioned within few years AC unit not working and

I purchased a Samsung washing machine (Model: WW80T504DAB/TL, Serial No: 050B5PBWC00149) on 16 Dec 2023. On 3rd August 2025, the machine stopped working. Samsung's technician found that the rat protection shutter — which should have been installed during installation — was left open, leading to rat infestation and internal damage.
