I purchased Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra expecting premium experience.
However, Samsung Finance+ app repeatedly shows ‘New SIM Detected’ and ‘Registration Failed’ even though SIM is unchanged.
App keeps popping up during work, making phone unusable.
Customer care repeats same steps without solution.
Extremely disappointing experience on a flagship device....

Bought a Samsung Fridge through Croma Porvorim Goa on 20/12/2024 along with extended warranty for another 2 years. As the rubber gasket was coming off I complained to Croma om 11th Dec 2025 .Croma sent someone from Samsung. Between Croma and Samsung each one says the other is responsible. Finally this evening, Mr Rakesh Hosamani of Croma said that I will have to pay for the gasket despite being inside the fridge they call it an accessory....

I am honestly shocked and extremely disappointed with the situation I’m facing with my Galaxy Z Flip 6. The phone has suddenly stopped charging properly through the USB port, and now only charges wirelessly or when folded.

For a device that costs more than ₹1 lakh, this is completely unacceptable. I bought a premium device expecting long-term reliability, not a major charging failure after just 1.5 years.

Dear Sir,

We registered the request with samsung regarding AC not working..as per them samsung is not manufacturing faulty AC part PCB now because of that they are unable to help..now they can help with 10 percent depreciation amount. At the time of purchase if they have mentioned within few years AC unit not working and

I had made a purchase of Refrigrator through prepaid online video order number [protected] with assured delivery date on 1 oct 2025 but on tracking page it was mentioned as attempted delivery on 3 oct 2025 the concern was raised through customer care but ever since product delivery date is shifting day by day

I purchased a Samsung washing machine (Model: WW80T504DAB/TL, Serial No: 050B5PBWC00149) on 16 Dec 2023. On 3rd August 2025, the machine stopped working. Samsung's technician found that the rat protection shutter — which should have been installed during installation — was left open, leading to rat infestation and internal damage.
