Company Complained Against: Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd.
Dealer / Service Center Name: Milaps Enterprises, Authorized Service Centre of Samsung, [REDACTED_ADDRESS]
Total Financial Loss Claimed: ₹8,227/-
Active Samsung Complaint ID: [protected]
I am filing this public complaint to expose a systematic service fraud and predatory billing ring operated by Samsung India through its authorized franchise, Milaps Enterprises in Nagpur. For the past five months, my family has been subjected to extreme mental harassment, left with a functionally dead washing machine, and exploited for thousands of rupees through incompetent, speculative "part-swapping."
The appliance failed in January 2026. The chronological breakdown of how this authorized service center extracted money from me without resolving the underlying cycle completion issue is detailed below:
Chronology of Exploitation & Failed Repairs:
January 2026: Motor replaced under corporate warranty. Appliance immediately continued to malfunction.
[protected]Receipt #43262): Technicians demanded ₹1,381/- for a touch panel replacement. The problem remained completely unresolved.
[protected]Receipt #43694): Technicians claimed the main PCB assembly was dead, charging me a massive ₹5,558/-. The machine still failed to complete its wash cycles.
April 2026 (Receipt #45138): Changed their diagnosis again, extracting ₹938/- for a pressure sensor and hose pipe. The malfunction persisted.
[protected]Receipt #44742): The newly installed PCB failed within its 3-month warranty window (under Complaint #[protected]). While the part was swapped, the service engineer illegally collected ₹350/- in cash as a "service charge" for a component covered entirely under a free replacement warranty.
Current Status & Outright Refusal:
A fresh complaint was registered on[protected] vide Complaint Number: [protected]. The designated engineer, [REDACTED_FULL_NAME], completely ghosted the scheduled service log visit on 20th May 2026, and the service center blocked our numbers.
Following a strict escalation email to corporate management, a technician visited our premises again. Instead of resolving the issue or holding the franchise accountable, he flatly refused to fix the machine and refused to refund the illegally collected ₹350/- cash, hiding behind a fraudulent lie that the part was outside the 3-month warranty window.
Samsung India's authorized agents are pocketing consumer cash for warranty-backed items, rendering appliances permanently broken, and running away with our money without providing any resolution.
Final Demand:
I demand an immediate, unconditional full refund of all repair charges totalling ₹8,227/- or an immediate, brand-new replacement washing machine unit. I have already served a formal legal notice to Samsung's corporate office. If this is not settled immediately, this evidence will be moved directly into the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (Nagpur) via E-Daakhil for severe deficiency of service and fraud.
