A few days, but slowly and slowly, my family members started noticing that there is some type of problem in led, they told me about this and i further conveyed it to the dealer. He told me that the wiring (Shoe-plug etc.) might be causing the problem so get it checked from some knowledgeable electrician. Accordingly i called an electrician who told me that wiring is ok there is nothing in it, which i further brought to the notice of the dealer who then said that we should make"a video clipping"so that it might be sent to the company. But as i have said earliar the problem occurs for a few seconds and it is hardly to be picturised, so i am left stranded and have no option but to bring the matter to your notice through mail. Sir i have been a regular customer of the samsung company, never been a complainant of the products of the company, adjust with minor things, but this time i think the matter is worthy of bringing to your kind notice so that led might be repaired and needful should be done on your behalf.

I have purchased AC 1.5ton & requested for installation from last 5 days. Even I escalated but no respond from service center. If we install it from outsider then they will not accept warranty. Very disappointed from Gujarat Team.

    Sir,
    I am sorry to say that refrigegerator was purchased on 17.10.17 was defective after 12 month + after its waranty on 01.11.18 installed at b5/18 (Gf), paschim vihar, new delhi.

    I have complaint after waiting to customer care on 21.11.18 and tecnician was appointed on 24.11.18.. He found that a copper pipe (Photo attached) was leaking which reflects manufacturing defect and no help was provided by mr rahul in customer care and no senior was ready to talk to resolve the issue, i have no option left except to rectify my refrigerator by paying money which i felt un ethecal as i have to rectify for no fault of mine.
    This is not the question of money rs. 1966.00 but griviences are :
    1 no sernior ready to talk on the issue (Can be cheched on recording system).
    2. I was forced to rectify on payment for no fault of mine.
    3. The part was defective installed without quality control in the system.
    I request you to refund the amount rs. 1966.00 as refrigerator was supplied without proper quality control and defective part was installed.
    I request you to investigate the matter and refund the amount with in 15 days failing which i have no option except to initiate legal action to protect my interest. Please note that cost of legal action will be borne by the company.

        Hi,

        I am very sorry to say that i bought multiple products of samsung like - t. V., freeze, a. C., samsung smart oven, samsung washing machine, samsung home theatre at once in the month end of april 2018, and i was cheated very nicely from the samsung product installation team.

        1.) for installation of ac i was charged rs.1200 which was supposed to be rs 500 on 25th april 2018.
        2.) engineer came for installation of tv and home theatre. He was very unprofessional and didn't knew how to talk to a customer. He installed tv which was not properly installed and was tilted to one side.
        He denied to install home theatre and said that your home is not made proper for the installation of home theatre. The request was raised in the month of june 2018.
        I also raised a complain on your customer care number in this regard and didn't recieve any response in this regard from samsung's end.

        Finally, i got transferred to different city noida from varanasi, after relocating i bought a tv cabinet to get the home theatre installed.
        Now, when i am requesting for installation of the same (Home theatre), i got a very rude response from your senior support manager that you need to pay for its installation.
        I know that for free installation we should raise a request within 6 months but due to your service engineer who came earlier for installation it got delayed and after raising the complain against him i didn't receive any response for alternate service engineer.
        Now, it is nearly 7 months and they are saying to pay me again for installation.
        I paid full charge for installation of ac and now will have to pay for home theatre as well.

        Is this the type of service you provide to your customers.

        Please let me know if you can look into this matter and get the home theatre installed.
        This is the pathetic response given from your installation support team due to which customers are not opting for samsung products.

        No action from Samsung's Side. Regret to buy products from Samsung.
        Pathetic Product, worst service and unsatisfied customer.
        One should never buy Samsung's product otherwise would regret in future.
        Samsung mobiles are looting the customer by pricing of its premium phones but where they r not able to roll out android updates properly for Indian customer care no response from customer care people

          My phone become complaint and when i took my phone to service. First they behaviour very badly to me and not trying to solving my complaint. I took my phone to kazhakuttam samsung service centre. When i give my phone to check the complaint.. First of all they are not willing to check the phone latterly they took the phone and look for 2minute and handled the phone to me and says take the phone to nath communication... But they say it will take more than 2weeks. They are suggested me to buy another phone.. If this type of reaction by the customer service centre.. Then what is the meaning of running this customer service centre. What should i want to do with my phone

            service engineer unable to provide any service

            I was registered my complaint on 17th november 2018, i don't know what was the wrong with him they (Customer care service) cancelled my complaint. And again they provide and registered new complaint number on 21st november 2018 to me, this time they said daily "service engineer call to you by tomorrow and he provided repair to your product" these kind of words they told from 21st november 2018 onwards. Till now my service request is unrepaired...

            After getting a shock and big dissatisfaction today i am writing this to bring to your kind notice that i bought a samsung refrigerator (Model no: rs62k6007fg) from m. P electro distributor p ltd, bareilly on 24.05.2017 in the name of mr. Monu singh (Customer id: 2559110). This refrigerator worked fine for some time and then we started facing issues with it. The refrigerator stopped cooling and started making noise.
            We are really upset and depressed, since we paid a lot of money for this refrigerator. We had to save a lot to buy this kind of refrigerator but it couldn’t even last more than 1 year.

            After continuous follow ups for two/three days wherein no diagnosis could be made for the fault by samsung service centre team in bareilly, uttar pradesh, we were finally told that there is no fault in the refrigerator and it is working fine though it was not and was returned to us by service centre. Still the team is not confident that they will be able to fix it.

            After few days samsung service centre people asked us to close the request for the fault and that they would reopen the request after few days. On asking from customer care executive the reason for wrong closure of the complaint they intimated that as a request you will get a call from samsung and you give them feedback as “ good” and after few days we will re-open the same complaint.

            This shows the kind of professionalism by samsung being such a big and reputed brand. This has really betrayed our trust on samsung. I was also planning to buy a samsung product but after this incident really had to change my decision.

            I need to understand the real meaning of after sales service or its just lip service at the time of sales done by the dealer. It’s not the dealers image but the company’s image which is getting tarnished as we buy products on behalf of company & not dealer. At dealership we were not connected to the owner shri chadha and the store manager shri ankur sethi always puts the ball in service centre’s court saying it’s there task. Dealership is selling fake /faulty products and doesn’t cooperate. I don’t understand this concept, as i am working in a bank on a senior profile.

            After all this suffering, you are kindly requested to contact the dealer and ask them to change the refrigerator for me as it has got so many mechanical/technical glitches /problems and no final solution has been found by the service centre yet. Also we are not comfortable with it now. I am going back to you in hope that i spare myself and the dealer the hustle of referring to courts and litigation. I am also an employee working in a bank on a senior profile and into service industry since last 15 years. We know the importance of word of mouth & customer service in service industry & this kind of attitude reflects total non professionalism on the company’s part. I trust samsung as one of the most respectful giant companies in the world and having my request addressed and my problem attended to would really reinforce that feeling of trust and respect on the long run.

            Your immediate action will be appreciated in this regard.

              I had purchased samsung a6+ mobile phone from amazon almost 5 months old. Now my earphone is not working and i happened to call the service center to get my accessory replaced. Spoke with jyotsna, who literally sleeping on call and no proper response. Asked her to transfer the call to the manager, placed my call on for more than 8 minutes and later she said she will arrange a callback from the department.

              Later, i received the call from sushma from samsung and she repeated the same thing.

              I did not understand, why i have to update my software in the device to get my headphones replaced??? Also, if anything related to updating and information of replacement, why samsung wants to update software in my device?? Or is this the way you cheat the customer??

                I purchased a samsung refrigerator rt37m[protected] lts) 3 star from girias, anna nagar. On installation we found dent on fridge door rh side (Front view). We approached the dealer sales person mr. Jagan (He is interested in selling and not even helped). After my follow up he escalated to area service manager and got approval for replacement. My complaint codes are [protected] and [protected]. Engineer murali came and after argument accepted for door replacement. Dealer is blaming company and samsung blaming giruas.. Is it the way samsung customers need to be at lurch. Very poor demo.. Executive interested in selling bottom stand rather than to check the damages (No router packing damage but inside freezer door dent). Mr. Farooq another enginner was assigned with code [protected] and i called him he said that he is not responsible for my 600099 area. Pathetic customer satisfaction. I made a mistake of buying from dealer girias who is not even bothered for customers. Even samsung team has not arranged spares even after 10 days of first complaint. Only message is coming within 3 days they will arrange but samsung team is not aware and not interested. Please escalate to top samsung managers to get my freezer door replaced on priority and immediately

                My Samsung s7 edge phone fell down and break front screen glass.i was consulted samsung service center in chenni and they told me that do not replace glass need to change LCD display also. My phone display have no.problem till now.then why change display also? Can i replace my glass and where in Chennai?

                  This is with reference to my above product request no on which i have been charged rs 295 but been provided no resolution.

                  The engineer named gyanesh who visited to my place told that the requested part was not available so there can be no resolution to my complaint and he obtained his visit charge and did photo ops which he later told was the company's procedure to take the feed back.

                  I believe that i pay for the service not for the visit. The model number is in your record and i did not fill the detail you did so while registering the complaint why not did you give informed choice which i think being the service provider you are obliged to.

                  When i raised the matter with your customer care executive or whosoever he is as he introduced me being from escalation department fell in argument with me. Kindly refer to the recorded, if you really keep, with me. Is this way you talk with your customer. It was my very bad experience with customer care facility. After talking i regretted calling you.

                  I request you take appropriate action on my grievances at earliest possible otherwise i shall take this matter to appropriate forum and will not hesitate in resorting legal course for your such unfair and rude practice in dealing with your customer.

                    I purchased a black friday tv from samsung. The product was damaged internally. I made numerous warranty claims and when they sent support to my home they would title it as something else. Even with escalating the issue i was never re-imbursed or giving a replacement tv. This was the worst experience i’ve encountered with this company! Samsung does not value the consumer because a simple issue like this should have been cleared immediately. Samsung was provided the receipt, photos, and an online claim. I was treated like someone who was trying to get over but indeed i was not. Then to top it off i was just suggested to get another tv. My experience with samsung was horrible and i will never disperse my income to a company who utilizes schemes to avoid customer service. Never again!!!

                      I was purchase refrigerator last moth on 14-10.2018, vegetable box has been broken at joint point. I have logged a call on 15.11.2018, and your technician visited to see the product but he was not response any thing. He said service center will call you. Your service agent asking charge to replacement the broken box, it is under warranty and it is not any physical damage of product, it quality issue. If your product getting broken in within one month so that we are face a problem. I am using your product since 10 years but never face such issue, but after this experience it very difficult to believe on you brand value. I hope any one will take it sincerely and do the needful

                        We purchased a samsung refrigerator hsn code 84181090 model no rj34m5438r8 from m/s ashoka sales sector 16 faridabad on 10th june 2018. The said fridge had developed some problem and a complaint was logged with the call center on 7th of oct 2018. The engineer visited on 9th oct and told us that there is some blockage in it which needs to be cleared and fresh gas would then be filled.

                        A letter from shri shyam refrigeration faridabad has been received yesterday (After a period of 7days from the date of lodging complaint) stating that they are unable to accommodate our request for exchange/refund.

                        As the fridge has developed a major problem after use of only 3 months, it is not worth to have a repaired one after spending so much of amount. It is worth mentioning here that gas filled subsequently is often leaked after some time.

                        It is, therefore, requested that the fridge may please be replaced with a fresh piece or the money may be refunded.

                          I manish jaswani purchased my samsung rt - 65k7058bs/670 ltr refridgetator on[protected] which was delivered on[protected]. Coz we were busy in deepawali we didn’t open the fridge but after deepawali samsung executive call me to give demo at home so he came & open the fridge which was packed but there were so many dents at fridge body but packing was ok. There were no tear sign at packing that means dented fridge was delivered. So we asked to replace the fridge but he said we have to contact dealer but dealer refused to do so. I have complaint samsung service centre but they said it’s dealer who is responsible for that not samsung.

                            I Bought Samsung Refrigerator few month back after 1 or 2months the cooling function stop working and after that repair the light of the fridge is not working I found that the Samsung Refrigerator are not worthy I need the replacement of the same or refund the amount and pickup your item back..

                              I have a fully automatic washing machine top loader. I stay at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. My samsung service centre is at nehru nagar bhilai.My washing machine got troubled in september 2018. we approached for customer care and booked a service engineer from this service centre.his name is Azhar.he attended and charged his fee of rs. 550/- and told us to change a drain part spare. my warranty period was up to 17.11.2018. he told us that the spare is not available at bhilai and it will be available in next 2-3 days.after 2-3 days when we contacted him he did not response and even after 2 months he did not respond. again I contacted customer care for service.again customer care booked a service engineer mr. arvind kumar against service order no. [protected].arvind kumar also attended the same but still he has not properly responded and my fully automatic washing machine is still non working.both the times service centre closed the complain with his own will.very cheap service of samsung india.

                                we bought a double door fridge, in 2008 and now the mother circuit has blown off, we called the helpline and they sent a technician who has informed that since the fridge is 10 year sold ( and its a top end fridge ) the part is no longer available with the company, i spoke to the company helpline they say we only keep the parts for 5 years and then keep changing the design, ( basically meaning that they will make one small change in a part so that if your existing part gets spoilt you have to throw away the product and buy new ) this is a very common problem with samsung products, it is becoming like a chineese product with branded high costs, please see how this website can help

                                    Subject : samsung refrigerator service issues not resolving since 45 days

                                    Respected authorities,
                                    I am dr. S. Kiran, i had purchased a premium 4 door samsung french model refrigerator 18 months ago, as a replacement to 2 door samsung refrigerator which worked without an issue for 12 years. We had very much faith and confidence on samsung brand due to the product quality.
                                    When we purchased the latest french door model refrigerator model number - 60j9090sl 18 months ago we were under the same impression that it would work flawless, but to our surprise it stopped working from last 45 days. Immediately we informed to concerned department and service engineers have come and said a 3 way valve needs to be replaced. They ordered and replaced after 15 days. After replacement within 3 days the problem recurred and this time they said mother board has to be replaced and ordered which was replaced after 15 days. But still the problem was not resolved. Again the service engineers visited and said sensors might have gone wrong and again after one week they replaced.
                                    Even after sensors replacement also the problem is not resolved and senior service engineers also could not even identify the problem till now. Service persons are just coming and going without any use. We are unable to use a day to day utility product from 45 days.
                                    As of now we are under the impression that samsung service is unable to resolve the issue as per service norms and we would think that the refrigerator that we have has manufacturing defect. We would request you to kindly replace a new refrigerator. If it is not so then we have no other option than to approach consumer forum.

                                      I am currently in follow up with ms,. Hema - customer experience manager dealing with the ongoing case for my samsung s7 handset bearing imei-[protected]. I am really annoyed with the services & false information rendered by the team.in lieu to this i would opt for an 100% refund for the handset which is suspected a victim of overheating at 50 degree. The engineer had visited my office & has manually done the required test & have confirmed the phone with an over heating issue. Post my conversation with ms. Hema he has agreed for a refund of 65% of the total invoice value post depreciation of 45% of the value. I am really not convinced with the depreciation ratio provided by her. As a result i am forced to approach the district forum in order to grab justice form the court of law.
