I have given samsung j7 next model phone to samsung service center on 22 june 2018 for repair which was purchased in theonth of september 2017 and in the warranty period. But even after lapse of 34 days my move was not got repaired nor handed over to me. Which is a great inconvenience to me. As well as i contacted service center several times but i am not received proper response.
So i am herewith bring to your notice to kindly to look in to the matter in finding the solution

    Sir,

    I was convinced with a lucrative offer on Samsung E-store site (shop.samsung.com), where they were offering a discount towards Samsung Gear S3 Frontier Smart Watch and procured it online from shop.samsung.com, on 17.07.2018. I procured it using my SCB credit card on EMI option available at shop.samsung.com at an amount totaling to Rs 19990. The delivery period indicated during procurement of the product was 2-4 business days. When I saw no change in the order status the following day, I contacted their E-store support at[protected] ref to my order ID[protected], I was thereby appraised that my order will get delivered on 20.07.2018. To my surprise, I still saw no change on the order status on 19.07.2018, when I called their afore mentioned support number again, I was told there must be some issue as the dispatch has not taken place and hence their support team will raise an internal concern. Subsequently even after repeated followups, on 20.07.2018, I was appraised by their support system that I will obtain an update assuring 6.30 PM the same day and I must call them up again to get the update. In the meanwhile, while I was trying to find out an escalation point on Internet, my worries doubled and I envisaged that the merchandise is going to make me suffer with similar problems which were reported on the site. Since I procured the product on EMI from using my Standard Chartered credit card, I called up the bank to find a way if I could stop the payment or dispute the matter, I was appraised by the bank that the transaction is already committed on the same day moreover they have received no information about the EMI convert from the merchandise. When I called up Samsung support again on the same day at 6.30PM, I was told that the product is out of stock and they will let me know when it arrives at their warehouse, further they cannot let me know when the stock will be available. Further, when I asked their support system about cancellation of the product, they mentioned that cancellation will take at-least 10 days to initiate and they cannot provide me any committed timeline for the same, apparently this means that I have to wait for indefinite timeline and keep paying EMI to my bank without a feasible choice. I also mentioned my problem at samsung web site contact requesting a point of escalation and they too put me back to the same support system again. However, after my subsequent repeated followup's, on 24rd July 2018, I was notified by Samsung etore via email that my product has been dispatched by their warehouse with an Airbill no [protected] . When I tracked the number on Blue dart, the Blue Dart tracker system stated that the number is invalid. I wrote about it to their support system again at support.[protected]@samsung.com but got no reply. Every time I write them an email, I get an automated response stating 24-48 hrs time to revert and then the revert takes place with incorrect and misleading information and they puts the customer in loop. I also received a reply from their website where I dropped the complain, the email from [protected]@contactus.samsung.com advised me that my matter is being dealt on priority and refereed to get in touch with the same support system again. They also advised me not to treat this exception with a yardstick to arrive at a negative impression about their services as they are always committed to their customer. I am quite sure by now that the Samsung support E-store is playing time buying techniques with me and as a result of this I am facing immense inconvenience. On their web site portal they have also stated that any change in shipping address could be committed 1 hour post placement of order, by mistake I did mention my mobile no incorrectly and tried multiple times to rectify it on their shopping portal without any success. On 20.07.2018, I subsequently requested their support team on phone and appraised them about the correct numbers, they said that they will inform their back end team and will get the same rectified. However, even after repeated followups with their support team on this particular contact number change issue, they did not pay any heed to do so, I can find that incorrect number against my order status still now. I am afraid that this time Samsung E-store support will again make an excuse and state delivery failure making an excuse out of this.
    I have email references for all the communication made with their support desk so far and also have evidence on the conversation with their support desk on 20.07.2018 where their support team stated that they cannot provide me any timeline to the availability of the product, please let me know any further details you may require in order to kindly pursue & help me resolve my problem statement.

    I would like to convey my sincere thanks to the Indian Consumer complaints website for pursuing my matter. I have received the delivery of the watch last week further appraised by Samsung representative who followed up my matter regarding the delivery.

      Sorry to says your product is not working properly & same product is defective product.

      I was gone three to four time in your customer service center but till i am not satisfied.

      Today dtd 24.07.2018 i was gone your service center but they told that accessories is not available and all mother broad will be changed and will be received with in 10 days

      Further i wants to explain you that this product screen already has changed and other problem also arrived

      Now you are requested please change this product and provide me new product for customer stratification and goodwill in other public as well.

        I am writing to complain about an issue with electrical products.

        I have already raised my issue within your organization (Res5466832), but i feel that my issue is still unresolved, hence my need to involve you in helping to resolve this problem.

        Here is what happened: we purchased ww60m204k0s front loading with smart check & touch led panel 6.0kg ww60m204k0s on[protected] at veejay world of electronics, anantapur. From the date of purchase to 3 months it works fine after 3 months we started facing problems with this product continuously. So many times we contacted the service team and got serviced even though again and again, we are facing the problems with this product. How many times we have to call to the customer care regarding this issue. We are not satisfy with this product.

        We strongly demand to replace the product or refund the amount back.

        Please reply back via this email address, as i would like to keep all my communications in one place.

        The executive engineer came but the issue is not rectified. moreover, he is saying that is your problem we can't do anything in this way they responding.
        we never expect this type of services and these type of quality less products from Samsung,

        ***: we strongly not recommend Samsung products to anyone and we will also not use the products from Samsung in the future.
        No one contacted till now . Still how many days require to solve the issue, no proper response nothing.

          My earlier complaint dated 21st july #pathetic quality pathetic service.. Refrigerator which is exactly 18 months old, gas has been filled 3 times now in last 6 months finally on pushing why problem is happening visiting service person said gas is leaking. One service person came and connected a type of analyser and concluded that some rods are not cooling and it's gas leakage.. I was not convinced on the answer "some rods r not cooling" anyways still had warranty on gas filled few months back and service engg after not able to find the leakage point gas was filled. Within a month of this gas filling again no cooling issue was raised. Engg came and said he need to fill in pressure and disconnect refrigerator for 3-4 days to identify exactly the leakage issue. We shifted from home to a relative place.. After 4 days the pressure on the meter remained same.. Ends said that gas leakage is not there.. So he spoke to his office and it seems they concluded change compressor and valve.. On asking what is the relationship with gas leakage and valve answer was no convincing? I asked the same question to his senior no answer? Just as they can't identify the problem change compressor and valve.. As compressor is under warranty valve customer will pay.. Let us do this. It's 7th day without fridge in summer of delhi.. We cannot live at home.. It's eating out everything has been disrupted. Samsung doesn't understand this today 21st july samsung service centre says they have ordered from samsung compressor and it may come and may be will change today or else on 23rd monday that would be 9th day without fridge.. And the biggest thing after going thru all this pain one doesn't know if same thing will happen after a month again.. As samsung engg has no answer on linkage of gas leak with compressor and valve... # pain# agony# loss of peace # loss of time # loss of child education and classes..           Status today : 24th july 2018: compressor was changed, valve was changed.. On saturday later evening... Sunday status cooling issues, water formation on the shelves of main body. Ice compartment a bottle pf plastic water takes 18 hours to become ice... Atleast... That too if the refrigerator is kept door closed for long.. Actually.. As complained i couldnt get the rca why compressor was changed as gas leakage was not there.. There is no root cause analysis given yet which was asked.. While the customer continues to suffer someone from ceo office called up and said that someone will call me.. Till now no call..

            I bought my new samsung mobile on 10th june 2018. (Sm-g570fzkgins)
            The mobile started probleming battery dysfunction and sudden power shutdowns from the first day on wards. On 15th june i visited the specified service center stated the problem, the customer service engineer didn’t do anything and asked me to update software in spite telling that there are issues with the hardware. Asked me to go back and update software. Even a layman like me do some google around and figure out the problem. They didn’t even check that purposefully.
            The problem didn’t resolve and i’ was not even able to use it. Problem is increasing and mobile display is stopped working. On 4th july i went again to that service center and stated the problem. Unfortunately this time i was treated the same way and told that there is some issue with phone motherboard. Asked me to raise a request for motherboard replacement and come back after a week or two. I went after a week to the same place and nothing helped. This time they were telling display issue. Submitted my mobile device and come back.
            As things were not clear to me i reached to the samsung support to escalate the case. And unfortunately no good response from customer service executive even the floor managers. Instead of giving me the new device they were forcing me to take the problematic device and telling me that they have already fixed it. I was asked to take the old device from the service center.
            As there were no option left for me, i have taken my device, this saturday 21 july 2018. The problem is there. The problem started again in couple of hrs. And it is out o[censored]se only.
            I'm raising the complaint here, i’m feeling that i’m cheated badly. And there are no exception as others like fulling customers from the beginning. I need my money back.

                I have damaged my refrigerator on 14/07/18 which was under warranty, but unfortunately i have gone through a lot of stress regarding the same. Neither the sam-sung customer care people are knowledgeable enough to help me neither the service center people. Its impossible to describe all the scenarios in this complaint area, and i am not sure where to complain and how will i get any assistance for the same.

                The only answer that we get from any where is just "sorry, we are looking into the same". This is very pathetic service that a customer is getting and i am writing the same for some real help which i am not sure from where i will get.

                  To whom it may concern

                  I would like inform in your kind attention that i holding samsung s7 edge and also a regular customer for all the samsung products for more than 15 years. I had a very bad experience occurred from a samsung service centre in coimbatore (Gandhipuram).
                  I gave my phone to replace the led screen and they made to visit five times and did irresponsible service with me. These kind occurrences may create a bad impact for the company. Please take an appropriate action to avoid these.

                    Hi team,

                    On july 18th, 2018 i purchased a screen guard of samsung galaxy note 8 from one of the samsung store in jaipur. The area it is located in is malvia nagar in world trade park.

                    Now today is 23rd july, 2018 and its already coming off from the edges. When i contacted same store about this problem today the lady told me that they cant do anything and i have to get a new one now.

                    In her defence she said that after installing a buff guard you have to take care of your device, which was not told to me at the time of installation of the buff guard.

                    Now that i have paid 900 inr this is very disappointing that the buff guard didnt even lasted a week. By the way the name of the company of which the product i got installed is trims and no package or leaflet of 5he product was given to me at checkout so that i can get familier with the instructions o[censored]se.

                    I would like to get a replacement for the product as both the customer service and the product proved to be unsatisfactory.

                      I purchased samsung note 8 @ rs 55990/- from vijay electronics samsung plaza in velachery, chennai, tamilnadu. It was a defective piece where the proximity and auto rotation sensors were not working. My complaint was accepted by samsung service centre valuarkottam, chennai. They packed the defective piece which i presented to vijay electronics who gave me a replacement. But on closer observation at home i found that there was double sticker one above the other which as if the seal was broken and the second seal was put to hide the same. The accessories all had vietnam in the earlier returned piece while the replacement had china stamp on the charger. Both the charger and mobile heat up while charging. I strongly feel that i have been handed a refurbished piece instead of fresh piece and i feel i have been cheated by vijay electronics. I request that samsung takes a serious view of the same and does justice and replaces my mobile set and accessories with original samsung product.

                        He brought another part and said that this part is new and will cost inr 3150. But, we found that part was old. So we told him that we will get new part from market. Hearing this, he feed from our house.
                        New part was changed by another service personal for rs 300 only.

                        We hereby want to com plain against this personal.

                          We lodge a complaint on 12th july 2018 for non cooling related issue and there has been multiple visit from different samsung representative however no one has solved the problem. Now, even no one is picking up the phone in call centre.. This is pathetic service and our refrigerator is not in workable condition (Pcb board is changed, gas refilled).

                          When requested for earlist resolution, mr nanda from customer care toll no :[protected] talked in very unethical way with my father (Senior citizen with critical heart condition). Now, we are in disarray and in fix with this issue. Therefore request for your support.

                            I have launched a complaint for washing machine service on 16th jul. But till date no one has turned up yet.
                            I have recieved a service engineer contact but all i get is the fake visit time stating he will visit at 10 am, 2pm 6 pm and then no answer. Please note that my time is as important as yours and dont waste our time by making us wait and that too with out any use.
                            The height of this issue is the engineer stating that he is busy and that there are too many complaint launched and he is too busy to adress my issue.

                            Very bad and very frustrated. Should have opted for a brand that provides better customer service.

                              I have baught samsung J6 from samsung gallery in mahim on 19th june 2018.
                              Unfortunately within 18 days i had issue with network and battery charging. So i went to samsung gallary in fort because of my work location is in town . they said since it is 15days old we cant replace your phone . but we will replace whole hardware since its defected piece but uper body will remain same. Also they asked me to collect the phone in 3 working days which they failed to deliver. After long chase they gave my phone today with hardly 1% battery backup . Since i was in working hours i had to rush to the office again . after charging i found that there is display issue in my phone which was not there before . So now i seriouslly want some explaination from samsung guys is your technicians are amature or they are making fools to people . if my whole hardware is replaced then why the hell my display not working properly . i realised something was still wrong in the phone because executive while giving my phone over the counter she was stuck in something before pre checks of the phone . and after taking the phone i couldnt check the phone because of the battery backup . I want my phone to be replaced asap. i dont have time to run after you people.
                              seriouslly disappointed with the services as well as with the products quality.
                              This will also go nasty in social sites if you people didnt responded in you TAT.

                                  I Rahul Grover has registered a complaint about refrigerator on 7th july 208 which was purchased on 13th June 2016 for Rs. 58800. A rat entered into the body of the refrigerator from backside and damaged the whole machinery. Again I complaint and person came says that it is irreparable and company will deduct 5-10 % and take this product and remit the amount. I want to know what is the policy of the Company about Depreciation ? and why the responsible person mislead the clients for wrong information. As this is abnormal case.                                     I've been to your authorized service center to get mo C9 pro Mobile repair at Okhla Phase 1 (Delhi) Service Center, staff there was being very rude from the very moment i went there,
                                    however i told them my problem, supervisor Mr. Imran & Mr. Rakesh told me to go and get the mobile serviced from somewhere else as company will not probide the spare part to them,

                                    I simply requested them to let me submit the mobile weather it will take time i can wait, but instead of creating job sheet against my case they denied and told me that company is not good & not providing spare part to their own service center & if i can complaint where ever i wish but they will not repair my mobile.

                                        I have purchased a new samsung C7 Pro mobile from Lok Plus, Daulat Ganj, Lashkar, Gwalior on 15 Nov 2017, and facing problem in my mobile set since last one and half month.
                                        1. On 7 June 2018 I have deposited my mobile on service centre for network issue. They have got the mobile repaired by changing the motherboard and display and returned back to me.
                                        2. On 27 June I have again deposited my mobile to service centre to get the other problem of auto touch resolved. They have returned back my mobile after some cleaning.
                                        3. I was again facing the same problem (auto touch screen) on 16 July and deposited it to the Service centre. They returned back my set and told that they have registered my complaint and placed an order for notworking part.
                                        4. Till date (20 July 2018 ) the part has not been replaced and my phone is still in bad condition. I rang up service centre and customer care both to know the status of my set. They have told me that the part is not available with the company and I have to wait for some more days.
                                        5. I request my problem may please be resolved by replacing my hand set with the new one to avoid the repeated problem.
