I have bought a brand new refrigerator from Samsung dealer, from day one it is freezing the things in the refrigerator part, when contacted customer care they asked to get the product replaced . When asked them they said that their engineer will visit and make a report, after an engineer visit they said get the sensor replaced, being a renowned electronics company they are so lame that they didn't knew that it is the issue of thermostat..now they are not ready to replace the product nor refund the money.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have ordered for 3 nos of Samsung 2600 mAh Power Bank @ Rs.299/- each vide Order No.AB1137547. The item was delivered on 20.2.2015 on COD basis vide Awb No.[protected]. But surprisingly, while opening the delivered packet it was found that instead of 3 pieces, there was only 2 pieces of Power Bank. Immediately, I lodged a complaint on the given Tel No.[protected] vide docket No.QRC 124289 dt.20.2.15. Since then, I have several times contacted on the above tele for redressal of my complaint, but no positive response came from them.
    Therefore, immediate positive action is requested.

      Hello there, I have purchase Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime on 21st feb 2015 from Vijay Sales (Borivali west) store. I had a problem with display which i got serviced at Santacruz West (Hi-Life Mall) service centre. After servicing i am having problem with the touch of the screen. I am unable to receive calls at once, type and also scrolling is a problem. Within 20 days getting a new phone serviced twice doesnt give a feeling of owning a new phone. I would request if you could replace my handset. I have been a loyal customer of Samsung. This is the worst experience. Pls help

        Sir, I have purchased the above model of Samsung from reliance digital store college Square Cuttack odisha on 17.2.15. I experienced one manufacturing defect of four cracks on curves and due to which three more cracks have been formed on the charging portion and gradually increasing also the voice command is not working properly. Here I have attached two photos of it. Kindly issue a dap letter (as suggested by dealer) to the dealer for replacement of my mobile. My complain no. is [protected]. Thanking you, BM Sarangi .           It is regarding purchase of new fridge from your authorised dealer.Your customer care centre assuring for the last about one month That they are sending a reminder to their sales team to attend on priority. I do not know the defination of priority. It appears as if Samsung company is totally insenstive to their customer. I have also send mail at your ceo on line but still unresponded. Should I persumed that my complaint has gone to your dustbin.

          It is still unattended.Nobody contacted me rather after every week I am enwuirinG the status fromyour customer care teamwhich can be verified from their record.

              sir i have purchased samsung galaxy s3, invoice no. SSC./13-14/4504 . Recently after travelling from college to home i realised that my phone had a cracked screen . I called the coustomer care for first time, then they spoke for 1 hour and then disconnected the phone abruptly and never called again . I called 2nd time then kamalesh (supervisor) lifted the phone and again spoke 1 hour and gave the service request number[protected]. Even though my phone is under warranty, i could not get it done by the service provider. Instead they advised me that every indian must check the terms and conditions from the net before buying the phone. He asked me to check the warrenty card given in the sealed phone to know about the warranty conditions . They also advised that every person to open the seal of the phone to see the warranty card and if they liked the conditions they can buy it else need not buy the phone. I never expected such a deplorable service after purchasing the phone for Rs.25, 000 and a screen buff and the body cover for Rs. 3000 for the phone's protection.I never realised that it would break since it has a Gorrilla glass 2 screen. I never expected such a callous talk from the staff of samsung coustomer care after paying such a huge amount for the phone . I was mentally disturbed by the way the coustomer care people handled the matter. Inspite of talking to them for 2 harrowing hours the complaint has not been resolved. I request them to resolve the problem and repair my phone, since it is under warrenty. I request the samsung coustomer care people to be sensitive to the people and avoid disconnecting the call abruptly.

              I never expected how an average middle class citizen would pay another Rs.7300 for screen after buying a phone for Rs. 25000.

              Today i have received my order, but i received very damaged and unfinished shoes of pair (Rock port casual shoes).
              I am very disjointed with that shoes.

              My advise to every one please stop purchase from Fashion and you E-commerce online shopping website.

                Dear Team, I am using handset Grand2 since 6 months. But this time i have a problem in my handset of excess heating. I consulted to your service centre team 3 to 4 times within 2 months but no anyone resolved this problem. So kindly suggest no anyone resolved this problem then i complaint your team.Then exchange/replace the handset otherwise resolved the problem of excess heating.I have no need to knock at higher authority i hope you & your team resolved at priority basis.                   I made a Complaint on Dec'14 that my refrigerator no. RT31YVMS is not working. my present complaint no. is [protected]. They send engineer, he rectified and charges Rs.280.00 but after few days it again stopped working. On 2nd Feb'15 an engineer Mr. Praveen visited and told me that he repaired the fault and charged Rs.280.00 but after 10 days again it stopped working, I again made complaints the same engineer visited on 25.02.15 and told that one of its part is not working and charged Rs.913.00 again and said now it will work but it did not work, I again made a complaint on 27.02.15, again the same engineer came and informed that same part is not working and it is under warranty and I will change but he did not change and to my surprise I don't know why their dealers persons came in my absence and told my daughters that part which the engineer has replaced is duplicate, again I asked samsung why and how the dealer persons came directly at my home without my confirmation, then they told that we will send some senior engineer. On Wednesday i.e on 4th march their senior engineer Mr. Dogra with one of his assistance came and informed that its fan motor and part that was replaced on 25th at the cost of Rs.913.00is not working and that part is under warranty we will change the same without charging anything. Now today one of their engineer Mr. Sharukh from samsang came, he replaced the part and refrigerator started working but fan motor was still not working and he told it is not available with us. I told I will get the same repaired from outside since you could not provided the fan motor even after one week of checking that it is not working, then he took the part back which he replaced and compelling me that we will change same on Monday when we will bring fan motor. I told him that the part you have taken back for that I paid Rs.913.00 and why I am being compelled to wait for samsung to get the fan motor repaired on Monday since almost more than one month is over in spite of your engineers visit, my refrigerator is not working. But he took away the part saying that I am not allowed unless I will get the my fan motor changed by samsung only. I tried to convince that for that I paid Rs913.00 but he took away the part. This is service and concern for customers samsung people are showing. Even after making the payment they gave me default part and after knowing it they are not giving me working panel of my refrigerator back and could not provide the fan motor on time and compelling me to get the same rectified from them, whether they take so many days to make that part available. Please arranged to get back my correct panel for which I paid Rs.913.00 and because of their poor service at least Rs.3000/- cost my fruit, vegetable, milk and other items went waste in a months time and I feel panic when they sent their dealers i.e. Mr. Durga's persons at my home without my consent. shiromani bajaj[protected]

A over telephonic disucssion they were not agreeing to that what they have written in their mail. They want to bear me the cost of fan motor also.                     Sir, I have taken personnel TV Loan from Samsung Bajaj company for the month of 05 Aug 2014 to 05 Apr 2015. I have also down-payment to deliver Rs. 2020/-. The actual amount/ scheme which i will be likely to paid is ( EMI: Rs.5665/-. 09×Months), and also there was EMI deduction of Rs 6035 which is not the actual EMI deduction. So, You kindly correction to the last EMI amount for the next payment of 05 Apr 2015. The Total Amount in the bill is Rs. 53000/-.

                      HI, THIS IS WITH REGARDS TO MY PURCHASE OF SAMSUNG JOY SERIES MODEL NO 32F5100. I HAD PURCHASED ON 4/7/13 FROM JK ENTERPRISE DOMBIVLI. WITHIN ONE YEAR THE DISPLAY WAS NOT WORKING AND WE LODGE A COMPLAIN WITH JK WHICH WAS REPLACED BY THE SAME. NOW AGAIN AFTER REPLACING, DISPLAY NOT WORKING AND THE SAME PROBLEM APPEARS SO EARLY AFTER CHANGING THE DISPLAY PANEL. I DONT UNDERSTANT WHEATHER SAMSUNG IS PROVIDING THE BRAND NEW PRODUCT OR JUST REPAIR IT AND DOING THE STICK WORK FOR THE CUSTOMERS. I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPLY WITH THE SAMSUNG PRODUCT AS WITHIN LESS THAN 2 YEARS THE DISPLAY NOT WORKING TWICE.I FEEL LIKE NOT BUYING ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS IN FUTURE.                         Sir, I Mr.C.Devender Reddy R/o 8-1-293/P/55 Road No 7, Dwaraka Nager, Hyd. I had purchased a brand new samsung LED Tv of model noUA32F5100ARLXL worth Rs.36500/- with invoice no.LKP/CR13/C712 at 24.08.2013(shop address)Bajaj Electronics, Lakdi kapol, Hyd, Referance no [protected] with one year warranty. During 9th month after the purchase we faced a Panel problem with our LED Tv on 17.05.2014 with service call no [protected].After comlaining to company through samsung customer service, they resolved Replace panel the problem by an authorized person from the company on (21.05.2014). After that it worked well for a period of 4 months and again same problem araised on 20.09.2014 .Service Call No [protected] In the same way we complained again and our tv again serviced by the authorised person from samsung company on (01.10.2014) but for a charge of Rs. 5000/- with bill no. 1641 Service Call No [protected] saying that exceeding the warranty period. But again same problem araised now on 03.03.2015. We complianed again but this time he demanding Rs.12300/- to repaire it. Even though he does not garranting that it doesn't happen again. He does not telling the actual problem why it happening again and again. The actual thing sold to us is a failure or faulty product from the company. By solding a faulty or failure model product for a price of Rs36500 /- to us the company cheated us and they wasted our money and time too. As a middle class person (my salary Rs 12000/-per month) Rs.40500/- is a huge amount to us. So solely the company has to take the responsibility about the faulty or failure model LED tv sold to us and replace it with a good one.                           1.I had purchased a Samsung mobile G355-White-Core 2-1.1 IMEI no [protected] from Sangeetha Mobiles Avadi on 12/12/14. 2. On 05 /3/14 I went to Service centre at Ambattur with a complaint that the charging unit is not working. 3. I was told that once factory settings are restored the same will work. 4. Subsequently after 2 1/2 hrs the same was returned showing the charging symbol. at home to my horror I realised that though the charging symbol is visible, the set was not charging.The charger was found to be alright with a different mobile. 5.Mr Venkateshan the Service centre Manager when contacted on 06 Mar 15 at 1005 hrs without listening to a word hung up saying a word hung up saying " I am busy". 6.If this is the attitude of the Manager, no wonder his staff were even refusing to acknowledge the defect till I proved them wrong using their own handset and after revealing my identity as an Army Officer.. 7.                             I bought the Samsung galaxy core 2 from the mobile store at Rcity Ghatkopar Mumbai on 28th Feb 2015. After 2 days camera not open it showing message as camera failed. So first I visited the mobile store, they said contact to samsung service center they will provide the duo letter so I visited the service center and tell him the camera issue, the service center guy said, THIS IS KNOWN ISSUE THE CAMERA IS FAILED IN SAMSUNG GALAXY CORE 2 PHONE so sir after duo buy Samsung galaxy core prime. What the meaning of Its known issue. Why samsung not pull such handset from market. Its really bad as such brand say its known issue. The duo approval is still pending.

Jiski complaint Maine dealer se ki magar Dealer handset badlne me 3000/- less kar raha hai pls solve this complaint nahi to mujhe mazbooran Consumor Court ka Sahara lena padega.

                                    Dear sir, I have purchased Samsung Mobile on 27/12/14, within 2 times time there are lot problems. Camera is not working getting camera failed. Ringing volume automatically gets to 0 level When out going is made the opposite person cannot hear my voice, they will disconnect & they will call to me then i will speech. When incoming is there automatically my speech will get dis-connected, the opposite person voice can hear from me, but my voice will not be hear by opposite person. In touch the numbers automatically gets larger. When i contacted your service center @Porur Chennai they told MOTHER BOARD & CAMERA need to replace they are not having stock & they not collected the phone. Then i gave the same to your Velachery service center, your customer team they said that shop is authorized center, but in the job slip it is mentioned as authorized service center, this the way your Cheating the customer... I got the mobile from velachery service & i gave the mobile to ASCENT Enterprise in Chennai the bill no is [protected] on 03/03/15 after given the mobile, i have not received any reply/status from your service center staff's, today i called to your service center they said CAMERA is not available with them it will take another 5 days to get ready. Pl note : 1 .Already i gave mobile to velachery service center for 4 days 2. Now another 1 week time 3.This is my 2nd mail to your office. 4.                                       I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note Edge Smartphone from Croma, Mumbai dated: 07/01/2015. The phone purchased by me showed a pixelated glowing spot on the screen continuously for a few days and on 15/01/2015. I intimated your service center that I was out of town (international travel. I have my visa and boarding pass should you require evidence of travel) and would reach Bombay and speak with them. On return, I called the service center again on 26th Feb and requested an Engineer to diagnose the problem. I was told there is a screen problem and it would need to be replaced. He has picked up my device on 28th Feb and was supposed to return it on 1st March. My phone was worked on in your HCL services, Vile Parle Service Center, Mumbai where your Engineer had delivered it. They said it will take 2-3 days more for repair. He returned it yesterday, on 3/3/15 but there are several other issues with the phone now : 1. Screen is very sub-standard. Does not seem like an original Samsung screen. 2. There is a gap between the screen and the frame 3. The edge functions do not work 4. When the night clock feature of the edge is turned on the whole screen glows I am greatly disappointed with the attitude of the service centre officials. I requested for a replacement of my phone since it was found to be defective within 7 days of purchase but they refused to help me in this matter. I require a replacement for the defective smart phone sold to me. A repaired piece is absolutely unacceptable. I gave Samsung one chance by bending down and was willing to accept the repaired device but the workmanship on this phone is just unacceptable. After purchasing the best smart phone your company manufactures, and spending so much on it, the last thing I want to see is a defective piece. I do wish to bring to your notice that I am addressing this letter to you formally lodging my complaint with a request for a free replacement of my defective Samsung Galaxy Note Edge smart phone. I would appreciate you immediate response in the matter. I am facing a lot of inconveniences without my mobile phone. Hope you understand.

                                        for our w.machin - we r ready to pay breakage part charge. But your Ahmedabad office service
                                        centre people (Mr. Mayurbhai) demanding Rs:393/00. extra for their service, eventhough the
                                        w.machin is in warrenty. Why should I (customer) pay ? in warrenty period.
                                        If the problem not solved from your company till tomorrow, We will never buy SAMSUNG products further.
