I bought a LED monitor on 13-Feb-12 in Kolkata (West Bengal, INDIA), from 11-May-12 “NO DISPLAY”. I tried calling your customer care no.[protected] continuously for 3-4 days then I finally was able to lodge a complain on 15-May-12. I doubt, how many people can wait for so many days to lodge a complain (Complain No.: [protected]).
On 16-May-12 local mechanic visited my place and said “PANEL” needs to be replaced.
Today, it’s 28-May-12 and still no sign of getting my LED fixed.
Today, when I called local service center, they said, still 10-12 days may take, that too “NO GUARANTEE”.
Even after 10-12 days, SAMSUNG guys can’t keep the TAT and don’t know what to do? Better if parts is not available with SAMSUNG, pls replace it.
For making more profit, SAMSUNG is procuring from CHINA but not able keep up with the QUALITY.

    I bought this samsung galaxy s ii just 1 month back. I must say that it is awsome ohone. but starting last few days whenever I am trying to charge my phone through charger it says. INFO BATTERY DISCONNECTED, than i need to remove the charger and pluggd in again. After every 10 min again the same problem. It's a new phone and facing this problem.

    Please look into this matter.

      I have Bought a Samsung Galaxy Note on the 5th of May 2012 and Tried to redeem the offer mentioned on the promo link: http://samsungpromo.in/galaxynote/Default.aspx, which sent me an automatically generated mail stating that the IMEI number of my mobile handset does not match with the ones in the Offer. But if you have purchased within the offer period i was to mail a copy of my invoice.
      so i replied to the mail with a copy of the invoice of my purchase.
      Since then i have been trying to track the status of my redeem and what i get in highly delayed responses is that they will inform me about the status very soon (which they never do).
      Please keep in mind this Reluctant Service when redeeming any Samsung Offers
      I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE ON 19TH MAY 2012.BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED FREE GIFT A HEAD PHONE.MY IMEI NO. IS 359548/04/793958/7 .SAMSUNG SAYS HEADPHONE IS RETURNED BY THE COURIER.I CONTACT THE BLUEDART COURIER .THEY TOLD ME THAT SAMSUNG STAFF HAS WRITTEN AN ABSURD ADDRESS AND EVEN THEY HAVE NOT MENTIONED MY TELEPHONE NUMBERS FOR VERIFICATION. THE ADDRESS WHICH I GAVE IS CORRECT BLUE DART ALSO AGREES.BLUEDART REFERENCE NUMBERS IS [protected].NOW SAMSUNG THRETENED ME THAT THE OFFER WILL BE CANCELLED 0N 15TH JUNE 2012.
      I SHOCKED TO SEE THE CARELESSNESS AND IRRESPONDIBLE ATTITUDE OF SAMSUNG STAFF.THEY HAVE NOT CHECKED THE ADDRESS THEY WROTE ON THE PACKET.SAMSUNG HAS COMMITED THE MISTAKE OF WRITING THE WRONG ADDRESS AND I AM SUFFERING WITH NO FAULT OF MINE.WILL THE HEAD OF THE SAMSUNG LIKE TO INVESTIGATE THE UNUSUAL DELAY.
      I SENT SEVERAL E-MAILS AND REGISTERED COMPLAINTS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NO ACTION SO FAR.

        I have bought a new samsung Galaxy Note from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on 09th May,2012 at 8.00 pm. With samsung Note there is a offer that you will receive a headphone by entering your IMEI no. on samsung promo website. When on the next day i entered my IMEI no. i received message that this offer has already been reedemed. and one more message that if you have not reedemed the offer than mail scanned copy of invioce to [protected]@samsungpromo.in. I did the same but still i have not received my headphone.

          I called up at Samsung Authorised service centre and registered a complaint before 8-10 days for my Refrigerator 315 Ltr from Faridabad My call was registered with No [protected]. Recd an assurance that an technician shall visit on same day, One visit done by technician on next day. Complaint was not resolved till date
          No one turned up after that day even after repititive assurances. I called up again and again on daily basis. In this 47C temp peak summers, since no one reached till date. This reflects a very casual approach towards handling the grievances of the customers and It has been very painful and uncomfortable spend the days without such essential appliances. My mother & father both are patients. But with this hot summers our food materials are also waste due to refrigerator are not in working condition.
          Kindly help in resolving the problem at the earliest.

          I have purchased double door refrigerator (Model No.- FRIGE RT 23) on[protected], but it is not cooling properly since 2 months. I have given my grievance to the dealer (Ambika Enterprises, Itawa) on[protected] at my city (Itawa, Dist- Kota (Rajasthan)). Nobody came to repair the product. Please send engineer to repair the product as soon as possible (before[protected] .
          the employees of samsung service centre r lazy bugs, they have excuses to get rid of complaint ...

          samsung /refrigerator — no cooling

          I called samsung customer cell in the month of February, 2009 to request for repair of my fridge which was not functioning properly. The service person visited, inspected the fridge & asked me to pay the service chages, as according to him the problem was rectified. But after a few days the problem recurred.
          This time the person from the company said that there is Gas leakage, so he got the gas filled & asked me to pay for it & at the same time assured me that the problem has been solved, However, the problem persisted & I again repeatedly called the customer care & not getting any response to my complaint I personally visited the service centre & requested the concerned persons to look into the matter .The said machine was taken to the service centrer a few parts were changed & I was asked to foot the bill, I was coerced to pay the service charges once again for the same fault. But despite all this my refrigerator is still not working.
          I am at loss & don't know how to make samsung people to act.
          Samsung Refrigerator RA23WBPS purchased from M/s Kulkarni Bros. on 9.5.2010 is not giving cooling effect from the first day itself. Please get it started or replace the product.

          i have put a service request for my refrigerator not working with reference no-[protected] on wednesday morning,i had called the helpline no. 5-6 times,they promised me to get it done on the day of request itself only,but nobody has turned down even after so many calls.Refrigerator is a mandatory gadget ,i hope you can understand & provide the service asap..

            Respected Sir/Madam,

            We purchased a Samsung Refrigerator ( RT 28 ) from M/s MOOL CHAND VINOD CHAND GUPTA, Hapur on 17/03/12. We bought the Samsung Refrigerator thinking that it will give us the quality product, but we are totally disappointed with its performance.
            My compressor for refrigerator stopped working last 3 weeks. I logged in a complaint on dealer and service center. Firstly they come after calling and they are unable to repair it properly and change the relay of the refrigerator. After 1 week it was become again create a cooling problem. We have to call them again and beg for service but there is no response from Samsung service center. Every time they say me we come after 1 hour but they give me no response about it. When I have called to dealer M/s MOOL CHAND VINOD CHAND GUPTA, they have advice that, our work is to sale the products and to get the money only and after sale of product they are not responsible for any of the sales service. Pls. take up the matter with the company to resolve my problem. Thanking in advance.

              My name is Abdul Malick Zain Ahmad

              It is seriously not fair what samsung is doing withe me.
              My complaint is theat - I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note on thee 24the of theis monthe.
              First two days, thee phone was working well. But yesterday a problem occurred and still is thee same.
              The problem is theat when i make a call, thee person on thee otheer side cannot hear a theing i say. They cant hear my voice at all. Otheer theat theis thee phone works great.
              Then when i went to thee Showroom where i bought thee phone from, theey told declared theat thee problem was withe thee phone and not thee sim card or thee network.
              I asked theem to replace my phone as it was bought only 4 days back at theat very showroom. They told me theat theey cannot replace it and theat i have to take thee phone to a service center.
              The worst theing is theat Samsung is not ready to replace a factory defected phone which was bought only 4 days back and I have to take thee phone to service center theat is in a totally different area already.
              Please Sir a request you to give me a proper reply as to what i should do.
              The reason that I dont want samsung to repair my phone is that it is just a four days old phone and the value for the phone will drop incase i decide to sale my phone.

                  They are not accepting it as product defect rather than saying it's because of installation of corrupted software but I have made a video of mobile running in safe mode and showing camera is not working (in safe mode only hardware runs) . it clearly shows that there is issue with Mobile handset. I have lost some of my precious moments with my life, family so i am feeling mentally harassed now i want compensation from Samsung.

                      I have purchased Samsung Wave gt-S5253 in nov 2011. I was very much happy with the mobile. I enjoyed each and every thing in the mobile. But my happiness doesn't last for few months at-least. I gave my mobile to service center for many times in these months.                               I would like to bring to light, the fraudulent practice by Samsung through its dealers by selling Galaxy S2 GT-I9100G model in the box of GT-I9100. I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S2 from Flipkart.com by Order No. OD[protected] dated 22 Nov 2011 which clearly states Model No. Galaxy S2 I9100.

                              The box containing Galaxy S2 also shows as Model No. GT-I9100 whereas after checking the instrument (when I came across problem while updating the software via Wi-Fi), I found that it is actually GT-I9100G, which has inferior processor & GPU. This has caused me sever inconvenience, disappointment and mental stress after incurring a huge amount on the cell.It hangs a lot, freezes at times and camera failure and heats up a lot.

                              GT-I9100 is powered by 1.2GHz ARM CortexA9 Exynos 4210 and ARM Mali-400 GPU; while GT-I9100G is powered by Texas Instruments OMAP4430 CPU and PowerVR SGX540 GPU. This is the main difference between both the phones leading to change in performance.

                              On various communications with Support india, there is still no response. I have mailed them the relevant details like Flipkart Invoice, Box and Handset photos mentioning the difference to support.[protected]@samsung.com but nothing is happening in this regard. Its more than 2 weeks since am running after them for the same.

                              This is a serious matter and must be dealt with accordingly. Am highly annoyed with Samsung now, Please look into this.

                                PROBLEM:

                                If I put an alarm for the next 10 15 minutes or so, or even a couple of hours, it works fine.

                                BUT if I put an alarm overnight, for the next morning, the alarm doesnt rings..... I think the phone hibernates or something. I checked this thoroughly, for 5 nights. Alarm doesnt ring in the morning.

                                Also I tried the Auto Power-up option. Did both Activcate and DeActivate, but still the same behavior. DID Anyone else face this? problem.

                                PLEASE REPLY. URGENT QUERY.

                                I request the Samsung team to let me know what can be done to remedy this.

                                  I have purchased 2 Ton Samsung AC on 8-5-2012 from AM Traders Jammu. After installation i called Samsung service center and complained as my AC was not cooling properly. Samsung Service Center in Jammu promised 6 different times to send there engineers to fix the issues but no one turned up. Now whenever i call them they disconnect my call. I have all the call records of how many time i called service center.
                                  i have 7 Samsung AC's, and i think i have made a mistake buying Samsung. If the company like Samsung cannot provide proper after sales service and Samsung employee make false commitment to there customers then we should seriously think of not buying Samsung products. I am thinking of logging formal complain against "Samsung" .

I was contacting the service centre here at Vijayawada for the past two months, but none of them responded positively. After much instigation somebody came and took the details of the TV so as to replace the product which they could not succeed. Earlier they promised that they would get me a new piece of TV since it is under the warranty period. But one fine day they called me and said the cheque of Rs. 30,455 has come, bring the TV and collect the cheque. All these process took nearly two months. Now that i am totally irritated with the behaviour of your staff here especially the Area Manager Mr. Ashok who has no basic good manners in dealing with the customers. If i wanted, I would have created ruckus in the service centre in the presence of media.
                                    Now I have decided not to have any of the Samsung company products in my house and relatives house.

                                    Before the things could turn violent for your staff and your service centre here at Vijayawada, I suggest that you ask your staff here to bring the cheque to my house and collect the useless TV that i have purchased from Samsung.
                                    Otherwise I have to go to the Consumer court with all the proofs and money spent for the irresponsible and negligent behaviour of your 'so called samsung company staff'.

                                    Samsung TV — Useless TV

                                    I bought quite a number of Samsung Products from Vijay Sales, Mumbai. One of them a TV, model No.WS3230HE after paying Rs. 65, 000 on 15Dec05, started giving problems and got it repaired on 12April07, call no [protected], now again started giving problems, registered a complaint (call No.[protected]/[protected]) so called "Samsung Engineer" who attended it says EHT or Picture Tube gone off cannot repair because part not available with Samsung hence complaint being cancelled
                                    now I am stuck with a useless Samsung TV which Samsung sold to me and cannot service it.
                                    Therefore I request Samsung to change their Slogan from "NEXT IS WHAT" to "NEXT IS ". Henceforth Samsung products are out of bounds from my house/soceity and will ensure that the message will also go out loud and clear to all.
                                    I have bought Samsung LCD 22" Tv on[protected], after 6 month tv started giving problem. i complained to customer care their executive came after one month and repalced the part saying that some part is having problem. Again after 1 month same problem occured again executive came and told that the panel is having problem and he replaced it. Last month the warranty got over and on same month again tv is not working now they are asking for INR-400, for service and INR 1400 for part replacement. i have been given faulty TV. And they also said that the parts of this TV is not available. i need my money back or replacement. please do the needfull.

                                    The polarize film on the top of LCD came out as if burned and Samsung ask 12500 to repair.
                                    What a joke, I rather keep it on my terrace to show people how Samsung TV look like after a period of time and those using other product too should aware of it.
                                    I contacted samsung service center in jaipur for a part of my LCD TV but no response from past three days as yet

                                        My name is Mrs.Vaishali Dhanda and I am a resident of Chennai. I bought a Samsung split 1.5 ton a/c on 20 june 2011, Invoice no. 14749 from Rathna Cools Pvt ltd at T nagar , Chennai for Rs.33190/-.
                                        Ever since we have purchased the air conditioner we have not had a moments peace. The a/c has been serviced six times and a few days ago we complained the seventh time, the present complaint no. is [protected]. There is a water leakage from the a/c due to ice formation. Twice your technicians have refilled the gas but the same problem reoccurs after every few days. We switch the a/c on and after a few hours there is a lot of water that keeps dripping and it causes a lot of nuisance as we have a LCD rite under the A/c.Every time there is an A/c technician who comes from a company called "Alfa Refrigeration" who assures us that the A/c will be up and running and every 2 weeks late the same problem persists.Last week we lodged the complaint again whose complaint number is given above and the service guy from the given company told us that he could get a new piece,we gave him the copy of the A/c bill and he said that he would do the needful.Upon calling him up this morning he has told us that he will take 15 days (as per company policy) to get the new A/c.We are in the peak of summer and I'm 9 months pregnant and it hell for me without an A/c in my room.The service technician easily passes the buck to his manager and then tells us that we can goto the Mylapore Branch to give our grievances. I dont know what to do !!

                                        Samsung/AC — not cooling
