A compliant was registered with the customer service centre. The complaint reference no.[protected]. However, no body called us to resolve the compliant. Since we had fortunately stored a service engineers no. during the earlier compliant. We contacted the service engineer. Who wanted to be anonymous. Then we called the landline no.[protected]. But however, nobody seem to respond to the complaint. Then on repeated requests, a service engineer was sent on 2nd May, 2009. However, he told the timer was not working after through checking as the spinning tub was rotating on one side instead of back and foth. He then informed us that it would be difficult to get a timer for such model and we may have to wait for long as they need to check availability the timer or wait for a spare to come. But he was not sure of any time frame. However, we insisted that a definite solution has to be given quickly. Then the service engineer very reluctantly informed that he will call on monday i.e.4th of May, 2009. But the day never came. We kept on calling the number given by him, but to no avail. We then asked the support center to connect us to the Branch Manager. But this branch manager seems to be much worse to understand a customer woes. Mr.Sridhar whose contact no. is[protected] went on testing our patience. He kept on giving us dates on each day the today their van will come and pick up the washing machine and resolve the issue. We were forced to come back from office on continuously four days by 4:00 p.m. But the van never turned up. On friday i.e.14th May, 2009 the same then he repeated tellling the van will reach by 4:00 p.m. We reached the house as per his advice. However, the van did not turn up. We waited till 7:00 p.m. and called him, he informed the van will reach our residence within 10 minutes, but he van did not turn up. We kept on calling him and he kept on saying 10 minutes he will reach. Since we were not in a position to use the washing machine, we were made to suffer by the so called customer service personnel. After 7 p.m. we tried to reach him but no avail. The person was not lifting the phone. Then as a trial we called him from another number, which was not registered with him and on lifting the phone we asked him whether the van will come, kept us on hold and acted as if he was calling the van driver. He spoke in a very indecent manner about us (forgeting that we were onlin) with the driver telling him that the bloody customer from Mythrinagar is online and bothering him by calling frequently. Go there and pick up the washing machine. This really tested our patience. when we asked him the contact number of the driver so that we can guide to reach our place. He told he will not give. This really created further agony to us. Since the complaint was not being resolved, we told him that please donot make us to go to the consumber forum. He told if you can do that we can also do many things. I did not understand what he meant by that? was that a threat?. At around 10:30 the van was sent as we said we will go to the consumer forum. Now after receiving the washing machine at his end, this Mr.Sridhar, the so called Branch Manager, informed us that along with the timer the motor has also got spoiled. He did not stop there, but told us the it is not worthwhile putting the motor (does that mean the motor fitted would not be good) and instead go for a new washing machine (this is the service provided by the samsung service department).

I hope this problem of mine will be resolved quickly and i get back my washing machine intact in working condition.

Kindly help me in getting back my washing machine in working condition.

Worst Service-Poor machine.

We've a samsung front load washing machine model no.R1043. We bought it two and a half yrs ago. The problem for the machine started at the third day of purchase. I called the service centre and they sent an engineer. The engineer said that there may be a fault at the pcp board and then he changed a new board. But occasionally it gave some errors and i called the engineer. Calling is not a only problem. They never rectified the problem in a time. Every time the machine gets problem i've to call the service centre more than 20times. After my continous calls when the engineer comes, he never called me to ask my flexible time. I've to make myself flexible for him. Once last year the machine was fully out of run. I called the engineer and then he said that there are more dirt inside the machine so it has to be acid washed. But in the service centre they did not serviced the machine in a timely manner. They kept it there for more than 10days. Now again a problem occurred one month ago
with the error 4E but the machine ran upto last 26mins and it showed error. I called the call center and my complaint was registered with BP.No.[protected] on 22nd August. The engineer siad the problem is with pcp board since it out of warranty we paid Rs.2500/-. But the problem has not been rectified yet, it become even worse. It took a month to fix the pcpboard. the reason they told is "it should be bought from chennai". I keep on calling the service centre for 4days. But still no one come to solve it. We r having the machine with problems from August.

Is it the problem of the service centre?
Or the Engineer?
Or the Brand?

    Dear Sir,
    I purchased one split AC 1.5 ton (model 18 FK)of a reputed brand Samsung on 6.6.2008. The
    A C has been troubling me from day 1 it was installed at my residence at A-5 B /349, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.Last year it was flooding my Drawing room with water leaking from indoor unit. After several visits by their Engineers, and after it had fully spoiled my sofa and carpet, it was reinstalled but by that time summer was over.
    This year, when summer is at its peak in day time, and outside temperature is over 40, it stops cooling.After several complaints at their call centre no (B P no [protected]), finally, one engineer visited after 12 days of complaint and he changed some condenser. But the problem continues and cooling stops after sometime when it gets heated. The indoor unit is still raining water in my drawing room and no solution to this problem seems to be in sight.
    It appears that either the piece sold to me is defective or the Samsung is a total failure in making split AC . I am repenting why I did go to purchase this split AC.The Engineers do not have any permanent solution to this problem and the company is waiting for expiry of free warranty period of one year from date of purchase.
    I request you to help me in finding a replacement of the defective A C .

      07 months back on 11/10/2008 I have bought one refrigerator of Samsung Company in tirupati.HERE IAM GIVNG MY REFRIGERATOR BILL DETAILS-BILL NO:391, TIN:NO:[protected], SRI SANKARI ELECTRONICS, 16-1-28, NETHAJI ROAD, TIRUPATI. My refrigerator is not working for the last 30 days. I have made so many complaints to the company's service centre M/S gopikrishna Enterprises 20-3-25/A8, Nr Muncipal Park, Tirumala By Pass Road, Trupati Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh at Phone no.[protected]. But They are unable to repair the refrigerator and now they are not responding to my complaints .

      18 month back I have bought one refrigerator of Samsung Company in amritsar. My refrigerator is not working for the last 15 days. I have made so many complaints to the company's service centre M/S Raja Enterprises in Amritsar at Phone no.[protected]. But They are unable to repair the refrigerator and now they are not responding to my complaints .

      I have purchased Samsung fridge wide bill no 300861 Dated 24/07/2005 from Snehanjali. it was given very good out put since beginning, it delovped problem about cooling effect. As a result when i spoke to Mrs. Snehanjali who gave the telephone number to contact Mrs. Samsung. Mechanic inspected. According to the mechanic the machine was to be taken to workshop. The machine was lifted from my premise vide bill no 08/08/2009. Abnormal time was taken for returning the machines. On enquiry, i was told that it won`t be repaired and would be refunded. It is surprised to know that such a wonderful machine could not be repaired or refund.
      Samsung products give no utility to the customer but headache. Worst than this i had experienced on Mrs. Samsung air conditioner which gave the problem after the installation and it was repaired. However incessant problem was experienced. The machine was taken to the workshop and was returned after a year. This takes me to doubt about the genunity / originality. As i have strong reason to doubt the product. I asked Mrs. Snehanjali its manufacturing details, L R, serial number of the machine as well the compressor and payment details, not yet given.
      From the above facts you will agree with the complainant that there is some serious problem with the samsung products and its activities. However before going into deep may i get response from organisation so as to get the fridge or full refund along with penal interest.

      Five Years Back I have bought one refrigerator of Samsung Company. My refrigerator is not working from last 24 Hours. I have made so many complaints to the company's service centre, Complaint Nos [protected]

          I bought AS18FJXTL Split AC on 12th Apr 2008 from PCH Zone, Hyderabad. Serial # A166PZBQ205077H. The AC had problem immediately after I bought. I have complained about my AC not cooling and water leaking from indoor unit last year Apr & May 2008 (BP number [protected]). This was not rectified and the problem is continuing. The technicians who have checked it mentioned that there is gas leakage have done some work but have not fixed it.

          I have raised another request ([protected]) on Apr 21st 2009 for this. The equipment was taken for gas leakage verification and was returned on May 11th 2009 and was installed May 13th 2009. Look at the number of days the service team has taken to act on the request. They give all lame reasons. They have NEVER given correct information. Every time they say it will get done today and it never gets done. I am extremely frustrated with their service. You get much better service from local guys than what you get from Samsung. Finally after several calls and follow-ups they have installed it on May 13th 2009. Even after all this, the problem still exists and the water leaks into the house through indoor unit after 2 hours of continuously running the AC and the cooling stops. This problem has been there since I bought the AC and till date Samsung has not rectified this.

            Split A/c malfunction

            My complaint as below. to samsung on 1-4-09 whose transaction number is [protected] no solution has been found to date.

            MY COMPLAINT IS ' IN MY SPLIT A/C. I RUN IT IN COOL MODE 24 DEG. TEMP. FAN SPEED LOW AND I FIX THE LOUVERS SWING AT THE LOWEST POSSIBLE POSITION OTHERWISE THE BLOW COMES STRAIGHT TO MY FACE WHERE I SLEEP. NOW SINCE MIDDLE OF MARCH EXACTLY ONE HOUR AFTER I START THE A/C AND FIX THE SWING AT THE LOWEST LEVEL THE LOUVERS RETURN BY THEMSELVES TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL AND WAKE ME UP BECAUSE COLD AIR IS BLOWN IN MY FACE. THIS HAPPENS EXACTLY ONE HOUR THE FIRST TIME AND AFTER I RESET THE LOUVERS IT RECURS ANYTIME ie: the second time at no fixed interval. I HAVE BEEN WOKEN UP CONTINOUSLY SINCE THE LAST 60 DAYS. AFTER THE COMPLAINT THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN CAME ON FRIDAY 3RD MAY HEARD ME AND LEFT SAYING HE WILL HAVE TO BRING THE CIRCUITBOARD ON SATURDAY. THE 4TH HE DID NOT COME AND PROMISED TO COME ON MONDAY. HE DID NOT COME AND PROMISED TO COME WITHIN 2 DAYS. HE DID NOT COME AND ON THURSDAY ANOTHER TECHNMICIAN AGAIN CAME AND HEARD ME AND SAID HE WILL HAVE TO BRING THE CIRCUIT BOARD ON SATURDAY 11TH APRIL THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED THE CIRCUITBOARD AND LEFT AT 6-45 P.M. EXACTLY AT 7-45 P.M! . THE LOUVERS RETURNED TO THE UPPERMOST POSITION I RESET THEM THAN EXACTLY AT 12-00 AT NIGHT AGAIN THE LOUVERS RETURNED TO THE TOPMOST POSITION.
            ALTHOUGH I RANG HIM UP IMMEDIATELY I RECD A SMS FROM SAMSUNG ON THE 13/4 SAYING THAT THE COMPLAINT WAS RESOLVED. I COMPLAINED IMMEDIATELY AND REREGISTERED THE COMPLAINT ON THE 14TH. NO ONE ATTENDED TO MY COMPLAINT AND TELEPHONICALLY THEIR SURAT OFFICE STAFF IGNORED ME AND THOUGHT OF THE COMPLAINT AS A FIGMENT OF MY IMAGINATION SO I RECORDED THE EVENT TAKING PLACE AND SENT A EMAIL TO THEIR SURAT TECHNICIAN ON THE 20TH APRIL MR. FARUK SHIEKH. HE ASKED ME TO GIVE HIM SOME TIME AS HE NEEDED TO DISCUSS THIS PROBLEM WITH HIS SUPERIORS AND HE HAD ENDING TO DEAL WITH TILL THE 30TH. THEN ON THE 2ND OF MAY I COMPLAINED TO HIS SUPERIOR MR. HUSSAIN AND A TECHNICIAN CAME TO MY HOUSE AND IN FRONT OF HIS EYES THE LOUVERS MALFUNCTIONED AT 3-20 P.M. I CALLED UP HIS SUPERIORS AND HAD HIM CONFERM THE EVENT TO THEM BUT TO DATE MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED NOR HAS ANY BODY APPROACHED ME.
            I HAVE DEMANDED THROUGHOUT THAT SAMSUNG EITHER REPAIR THE MALFUNCTIONING BLOWER IMMEDIATELY OR REPLACE THE SAME.
            Also loud crackling noise from A/c as when ice forms and cracks comes after around 8 hours of running at night. the technician says that since gas is o.k. he cannot find reason for the crackling sounds
            WHEN I PURCHASE THE COSTLIEST PRODUCT IN THE RANGE I EXPECT PROMPT SERVICE AND THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS SHOULD KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
            AS I AM LOSING SLEEP MY WORK SUFFERS.

            I have suffered from sinusitis since childhood. I even had it operated upon.
            Now as soon as air flow is directed at my face my nose gets blocked and I wake up and have to reset the a/c louvers repeatedly at night.
            Since the last 60 days my sleep has been disturbed and so my work suffers and so does my health as I have to use Otrivin drops to relieve my nose of the congestion.

              I have purchased Samsung CDMA Mobile SCH W299 on 29 Apr 09 from New Panvel, Mumbai and after returning home when I tried to connect mobile with PC Studio 7 but it was not. Then I contacted the shop from where i have purchased this mobile. he directed me to Samsung service centre. I have called to customer care also and they also donot know reason. Company should launch the product after testing all the things. Why customer to face these type of problems once he is paying product cost?

              Samsung — faulty circuit board

              I have a 52" Samsung television and have had it for 26 mos and the circuit board is bad already. I would think a t.v. this expensive would last more than 2 years!!! It is going to cost over $600.00 to repair and according to the repair man, this is a common problem with this particular brand.
              i face many problem with this (w299) product. when new message i read that time my cell turn off. these such type of of many prob. in this mobile.
              I m also facing some problem like music player is not minimise, because of that i m not able to work while listening music, this is big bug for this fone.
              Not connecting with Laptop 'HP 520' model with MS Vista Operating System
              i have perchased this mobile from gujarat.. this mobile is very stupid like thing, not working properly, facing so many problems, and about its music system- this mibile is very hopeless thing, we have to stop the music, than read msgs or call, this system is very like think,

              i suggest all to not purchese this mobile, this is realy hopeless thing,
              i have purchased also the same phone w299 but there is not any supports on website or any customer care.

              i have many problems with this phone. but there is not any discription added at samsung mobile also
              oye aamir kya kah raha hai next is what? next is company have to shut down...
              I am trying to configure GPRS on this phone. The specs of this phone suggest that it supports GPRS... but all in vain. I guess it doesnt. If any one knows how it is done pls let me know.

              I have still so many problems to discuss with you.Here they are:-

              1.I can not make any call while listening music or FM.Why?... Such thing I have never seen in a mobile.

              2.one can not watch any movie or song clip of size 176x144(u recommend this size)...ur phone says...too large...too big...wow!...what a product of SAMSUNG?????

              3.Alarm software is too defective.If one selects a particular day or days it never alerts.Then what is the use of alarm function?

              4.On page 12 of the manual under the column key function you say ..."During a call, record a call conversation (press and hold) camera key.But it works not. Hats off to you SAMSUNG.

              Sir, there are so problems faced by me like other customrs, I have read them on the internet, and rueing the day this set SCH W299 duo touch was purchased.

              Now u are requested either to replace the set or change the software of the set.This way u will really win the hearts of the owners of SCH W299 duo touch.

              Samsung mobile SCH W299 — Mobile faulty service pending

              Hi,
              I have given my Samsung mobile for service on dated 29th March 2010 which ispurchased on 3rd January 2010 and is in warranty. My mobile is continuously restarting and as per Samsung Mobile cool service the mobile circuit board problem is their and same is not avaialble. They are not in a position to provide the timeframe for resolution of the same. I am calling them everyday and it is already 9 days passed but I am not getting any concrete reply.

                Dear sir,


                1. I am stationed at Jodhpur, Rajasthan. I had booked a Samsung Refrigerator model no RT-35 HV 345 Ltrs by paying the full amount by DD on 13 Apr 2009 to TARANG ELECTRONICS JODHPUR. Since I am a defence personnel I am buying the fridge through CSD.

                2. Till today the fridge has not been delivered to me. Whenever I try to find out from the dealer or Samsung reps in Rajasthan, either they don’t pick up the phone or I am told it will be delivered in a couple of days.

                3. Since I have paid the full amount in advance, getting the delivery of the fridge has become a real nightmare for me. What kind of after sales service I can expect? Can you help? I wish I had gone for LG/Whirlpool.

                4. I sent a mail in this regard to support.[protected]@samsung.com, but apart from sympathetic mail, I have not heard from them.

                5. Legal action is the only option left for me.

                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                  Myself, Gagan Sahni, Resident of A-67, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-110018 had bought a Samsung 0.9 tom Bio sleep model samsung split Ac from new Berco electronic, Uttam Nagar on 5th may 2008, The unit had manufacturing default from the day one, For the same i had a word with the shopkeeper but he put the entire resposibility on the shoulders of the company, And the Company representative had come and said me that the instalation is not proper and there Unit is allright but, i had make it sure that the unit had been installed at the same place where my previous Unit of Lg was installed.

                    I have had one of the worst customer experience with Samsung. I bought their 1.6 ton AC around 7-9 months ago & within this time period only I have had numerous problems with the product. One of the major setbacks I had was last week when my AC didn't started. When we called their services executives he said the AC's circuit has been damaged & will need to be replaced.

                    He didn't even had an approximate time by when he will be able to procure the circuit. To top it all when I tried to follow up with them more than 3 times then nasty service professional called me & said & in a rude manner that until the part is procured we cannot do anything. He also said that all our computer systems & servers are down for the last 2-3 days & we cannot attain the status of the procurement any sooner.

                    Just imagine a so called big company like Samsung dosen't even have their systems & servers online. No wonder how do they manage to make a product as worst as this AC.

                    The consequences I have faced so far is that I have been sleeping in an extremely hot room for the last 2 weeks now. Its no secret that how hot it gets in Delhi this season & couple of my family members have suffered heat strokes because of this issue.

                    I would suggest it to everyone out there that please do not go for Samsung AC at any cost. I have had the worst customer experience with them. AC from some of the local brands like napolian are much much better. Many people told me about this but I thought of sticking to a brand & I have definitely paid the price for that!

                    I filed a complaint to the customer care on 14th April 2010 regarding the Non-functioning of AC. One of your technician came to our house and informed us that Gas Needs to be filled up and we will take it to service centre on tomorrow(15th April 20100) but nobody turned up or updated me anything on the reason for the delay.

                    I spoke with customer care(more than 30 times till today) to update the same and everytime the feedback i got is like "Our technician would come in few hours" But no progress at all.

                    Your customer care people have given me some contact number of Noida service centre to check directly the reason but these numbers are not at all exist??

                    I informed this again to the customer care then they have given me some more numbers but again these numbers also not valid.

                    I really don't know how the supprt centre works and what kind of record you maintain and how you track the complaints. You coleaques seems to be playing a game with the customers or fooling them with wrong commitments.

                    It's more than a week now and even today when i spoke with the customer care i got the same response like within 1-2 hours your problem will be solved. I'm really tired of listening all these false commitments.
                    When i asked the reason for the delay i get no response.

                    I kindly request you to look in to my issue at the earliest.

                      I had bought a Samsung window AC 1.5 Tons in 2006. Selecting Samsung turned out to be a big mistake. Within 6 months the compressor failed. It was the begning. The piece of Junk i bought has not run continiously for more than 4 months. I have been spending Rs 2000 every year on its maintenence to keep it running. Complaints to the company and the service center has not yeilded any results.

                        On 05.05.2009 your service engineer came and replaced my 2 star rated machine -12ZKB with the 1 star rated machine being model no-AW12ZKAXTL.
                        Pls clarify me whether yr service engineer thinks that customers are uneducated or he himself is uneducated.As it is obvious that he cannot ignore this fact, or else he has done it intentionally.
                        Secondly I hope that calling your customer care no is of no use except the wastage of money of the customer, every times I call customer care some neha, deepti, etc picks up phone and assure me that some engineer will get back to me .But I think this type of customer problem does not bother them at all.
                        It is a breach of trust as yr engineer have replaced my higher model 1 ton ac with the lower model(act of a cheating with a customer).So in the present circumstances that is even after written complaint and phone complaint you people are not giving importance to the customer problem, So I demand the refund my billed amount and to take back the ac machine .And the same is not resolved witrhin three days then I will be forced to knock the door of Consumer Forum and Intimation to media regarding being harassed by such a esteemed excellent service provider.

                        Iwas shocked to see that after opening the cartoon by the installation executive that one of the rotating blade was broken which was confirmed by the installation executive on 24.04.2009.They have instructed us to lodged a complaint at the customer care no, complaint no is-[protected].Where the executive instructed that they will send the replacement only after ten days.
                        I have several question that when a product is packed its always treid and tested then how come this type of negligence occured?
                        Is this is a excellent customer service that first time users are being harrased by such a delay services which is not expected from the such a execellent service provider.
                        This is only creating a bad experience in the customers mind and atleast this type of service will result in bad word of mouth.
                        I therefore request you for speedy replacement of the required parts ar the entire machine or else I will be bound to knock the door of the Consumer Forum.

                          We purchased a samsung refrigerator from PCH, Masab Tank, model RT 31 GV SS 1XTL in March 2007. In March 2008 the compressor had to be replaced.
                          Now again in May 2009 the compressor has blown.
                          The central customer support does not respond to calls, the technician comes late, and and then says comprewssor replacement is not his job. the service center Matrix does not have a compressor and says it will take 5 days.
                          This is the worst service I have ever had and am suing them.

                          We had bought new samsung refrigrator on begining of 2005. In first few months it starts giving less coolong problem. That time refrigrator was in warranty so samsung repersentative came and resolved our problem. After two years cooling problem started again but due to winter season the refrigrator was not much in use. Now in the month of April/May 09 we logged complaint to respective samsung dealer Verma Electronincs of Nabha(Punjab). The complaint was not attended for four days. Again the complaint was made to dealer but after two days serviceman came and not resolve the problem. We are also making regular complaints to Samsung customer care number[protected] for the last ten days. Till date the complaint remains unattended. Our faith regarding the samsung has been shaken. In our family we have more than 20 appliances of samsung. Now it has come to our notice that service facility of samsung is VERY VERY POOR.

                          Samsung — Absolutely bad customer service

                          This is with reference to BP No.[protected]/Transaction no.[protected].
                          I registered the complaint on 10th Jul, regarding display problems. One of your engineers first visited on 14th Jul. However I wasn't satisfied with his resolution (the display was still erratic), hence logged a call again the following day. I was informed another engineer will visit in a day or two, along with "default deflection values in setup menu". However, the engineer only visited on 23rd Jul, but all he did was adjust some settings, only promising to return back on 27th Jul.
                          What concerns me is the callous attitude of your engineers. They promise a service visit in "a day or two", but do it after a week. Everytime they provide an explanation that they are on "tours", which is not my problem. The local service centre hardly ever picks up the phone.
                          However, what I am really unhappy about is the way they treat your customers, to avoid their service calls. Everytime the engineers tried to convince me that there is no problem, its normal for the display to be erratic, implying I have no knowledge of television viewing (in a sense asking me to compromise with whatever I have). I have checked the exact same model in a Samsung showroom, and the difference is highly noticeable. And now they have (kind of) given me an ultimatum that whatever they do on the next visit is going to be final (then wether or not am I satisfied with the resolution, there's nothing else I could do).
                          Hence I would request your kind attention into this matter, and would appreciate if you could escalate this matter to the concerned. Its absolutely improper of your engineers to force a resolution to me irrespective of my satisfaction, and be advised my next step, in case o[censored]nsatisfactory resolution, would be a request for replacement. I hope the local service centre is at least advised, if not reprimanded, that they should provide basically what they have been setup for - CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                          Samsung — Poor service for refrigerator

                          This is with regard to my long standing complaint for my 500 ltr Samsung fridge. The complaint number is [protected]. My first complaint was attended on 3 feb 2010 during which the service staff changed the fridge compressor, though subsequent events cast a doubt on whether the change was required at all. They even did not return our original compressor before charging the full amount for the new.

                          Soon after this there was some water leakage in the fridge, then again the service staff visited which pointed to the problem of gas leakage which has now been refilled atleast 4 times. Without knowing what was exactly wrong, the technician then sent my fridge to the service centre where it stayed for more than a week, for the reason of condenser cleaning. Though they told us that it will be delivered back next day, they kept saying that the fridge is on testing and they won't take a chance this time. But all was in vain, because when it came back, it didn't work for a single day as there was no proper cooling yet. To give a reason, they said that a part has been short circuited which has to be replaced. They made an effort to do this but the result was again a failure.

                          Thereafter they made a preposterous claim that we live in a high voltage area. When we countered that our older BPL fridge, and also our 10-year old Samsung fridge have been working with no problems till recently, and that this is a locality of 1000 odd urban homes, they changed their reason, and said it was a capacitor issue. When we asked them to replace the capacitor, they said they are going to arrange this from their central warehouse. They took another 3 days, during which time our calls to Samsung call-center went unresponded, even though we stated that this was hugely urgent. Finally, two days ago, a different engineer visited, and he still didn't bring the new capacitor, and instead made some direct and temporary arrangement. When this too did not work out, they asked to send the fridge back to their workshop. This is the final straw of testing our patience and sending this complaint.

                          We have been using Samsung products for too long a time. Besides the fridge, we have a LCD TV, two A/cs, a microwave, and never before our service requests have been dealt with so gross incompetence, and absolutely no knowledge of a component basics. I used to think Samsung has a better service network than others, but this specific Indirapuram, Ghaziabad branch has turned service into something of a blame-game on non-existent reasons, and an absolute disregard to customer helplessness, seeing that this complaint is two months old.

                          We had cooling problem in the fridge, hence lodged a service call on samsung customer care. The people who attend the service initially said there is problem in gas as so they loaded the same and left.. but the cooling levels didnt improve, when called again they said the compressor needs a replacement and we agreed and they replaced the same collecting the amount. After doing all this the cooling system didnt improve and now they are not able to judge out the problem and are insisting us to send the fridge at their service station to find out the issue in which im not comfortable and trusting these people anymore.

                            we purchased a samsung semi automatic washing machine (7200) in 2005 at mumbai, it was in good condition, at present we are living in bhatinda (punjab). the machine got break down i complaine in local service center they came after 3 days of complaint and checked the machine gone back after analysing the problum(Timer damaged). Again came afetr five days with local sapre part but didnt informed us that it is local and fieetd us by saying he part is genune. after satrting the machine my wife wife shown them the problum again. then i saked them to show the part there was no any identification, correlation or marking on the part.
                            we complained to service center head and asked them to bring the original part and fit it, that time they said we dont have original part pl log the comalint to toll free number. so many times we loged the complaints but no hearing.
                            It is already 2 months over to that perticular incidence we are not knowing wt to do can any one suggest us please...

                            From last 8 -10 days, i had registered my complain in the samsung office situated in padri, raipur, c.g.
                            but my complain was not entertained by anyone...they gives excuse like, its a season time and we dont have sufficient staff and all this stuffs...atlast, they paid attention to my complain and took the machine to workshop for repair and said that they will deliver it to me after 2 days...but its more than 4 days, they are not responding...i am fed up from this product...i must say, that one should not buy the product from this company as its after sales service is WORST

                              I had purchased a Samsung double door Frost free refrigerator in Dec'2007 from Ghaziabad(UP) from a shop named Columbia sales.The detail are as below

                              From the very first few month of purchase it had a problem of improper cooling .Problem was reported to the company some repair was done but again the problem surfaced in next month which was reported to the company with arequest to replace the machine which was not heard and again a repair was done
                              third time again the same problem occured within 10 days and onsite repair was done .
                              Within 3-4 months of purchase my refrigerator was repaired for 4 times on which i asked the root problem of this on whioch i got no satisfactory reply. i was told by the company that refrigerator can not be replaced. Again the same problem has occured my refrigertor is at service station.
                              Within a span of 1.4 years of purchase 4-5 times same problem has occured and company says that since your refrigeratior is out of warranty it cannot be replaced .
                              Now i am feeling cheated by samsung people and left with no option but to go consumer court.

                                i bought samsung split air conditioner model ASI8NA/2009 last friday that is on 1st may 2009 from punjab radios railway road sirhind, but since then i have not got the air conditioner installed properly at my clinic, the person which the dealer sent did not show any interest in installing it properly but rather hastened the installation, as per his promise the mechanic has not come yet to do the remaining work as per his promise and he had also not kept the out door unit of the air conditioner properly, its just lying on the roof.
                                so i would like to bring this to the notice of the company and i will be thankful if samsung looks in the matter at the earliest...so that we can trust the samusng in future also.

                                  I have booked a service call, on 16-05-09 to your samsung service center in pondicherry, still now they haven't sent a engineer for service. The person who picks the call did not responding to us. He said that service of samsung will be available only after 6:30 PM. Kindly help me get samsung service as early as possible.
                                  I bought a 21" samsung color telivision cb-21e4 from samung showroom at kota rajasthan. In june 2003 but tv is very painfull for our family eyes since we bought it.We complaintd after 2-3days of purchasing to the kota dealer but they not provide any service till & not coprated.

                                  In 5-2-10 minutes to contnue see/watching programe at minimume contrast&brightnes it creates teares &heavy headsche. By this all my family not see this tv it damaged my son, wife&my self also.

                                    I bought this mobile on 11 th May'08 and got a one year warranty. Now, it's display is not working and it's still in warranty. The nearest service centre operator is saying that they don't have the part to be exchanged. From last 2 weeks, they are saying the same thing. Moreover they don't have a registration system whereby I can prove that I lodged the complaint in the warranty. My phone's warranty is about to over now.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        We have purchased Slipt A/C 1.5 ton from M/s M.A.Ethirajulu Naidu, 18, Evening Bazaar Chennai which were installed in Nov 2008 in our house. The A/cs were put to use from 23 Jan 2009.
                                        A/c had a manufacturing defect which they serveiced in the month of Jan 2009.

                                        Again the problem started in the month of April 10th for which complain was made and the service people took the A/c to their work shop and brought back after a weeks time to check all the problem. But after re installing the A/c still didnot have any kind of cooling so they once again came for servicing. but the service personel could not correctly Identify what was the problem.
                                        Hence we demanded to replace the piece for which the complain is pending for 20 days.
                                        we have not been using the A/c for 1 month in this summer season and after making so many calls and so much mental pressure.
                                        please do the needful to get our A/c replaced.
