I purchased SAMSUNG 713N monitor on Feb 2006 under "Awesome Twosome Offer" .Under Awesome Twosome offer if any consumer purchases a Samsung TFT LCD Monitor then he should get free printer. Despite of doing all the documentation work along with Demard Draft i still did not recieve the printer. Therefore i request you to look into this matter personally.

I had purchased a samsung fully automatic washing machine from quilon radio service, trivandrum, kerala on 24/8/07 and the same has not been installed inspite of repeated reminders. Such is the condition of samsung after sales service... Better opt for some other company....
