[Resolved]  Samsung — Manufacturing Defect : Heating Problem

Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a mobile Core Duo- Model : SM-G 355H, in month of July from Samsung Store- Sector 37, Sarai Khawja of worth Rs. 12000. Its Build No. is KOT49.G355HXXU0ANFG and Kernel Version Serial No. is 3.10.[protected] [protected]@SWDD3008#2 Thu Jun 2601.02:25KST2014 From the day first, i am facing excessive heating problem in the phone and the same has been reported to dealer also but as per him its common in Anorid phone.And there is no solution of it. Now when i am facing problem of ear pain & headac, then after consultation with doctor came to know this is just because of phone & its excessive heat.Then after i have checked other smart phone of other company & found problem is in specific with Samsung this brand. SM-G-355H. I also came to know from someone, company knew this facts that reason they have stop further production of this phone. I have further made a complaint at samsung customer care number also but they have shown me the face of dealer technical centre. I want buy back of my phone when company also konw its manufacturing defect. Along with refund (INR 12000), want 5000 doctor consultation & medican fees which i have paid due to usgae of this bad product. Thanks & Regards Tarun Mahajan [protected]
