Dear Team,
A very frustrating part of a response from the Samsung backend team. The front-end team(support team) tells us that we have raised mail to the back-end team and that team will send mail to me ([protected]@gmail.com), i.e. within 24 hrs.
Therefore, till now nobody sent any mail about the status. I had requested the support team to connect backend team but no use. because they can't do it. If the support team can't do anything then what is the use and how could help the customer. Till I am not sure how many 24 hrs or 48 hrs needed to send mail to the customer. on top of that says technical issues. is that a really reliable sentence? when a customer requests his own hard-core refund amount?
Is Samsung going to respond or not and send the status through mail, when they will refund my amount? what type of services is giving? I am asking for my money(not yours) to refund. I request send mail when is going to release my amount.

I received a call from Samsung support now they are telling me there are some technical issues need to wait another 7 working days. this is almost a month till now no resolution and expecting customer like do we have to wait? I had requested the support team to confirm through the mail and they are ready for that.
I request the Samsung support team to confirm through mail another 5-7 working days going to refund my amount.
