Samsung — Samsung Galaxy M52 Green Lines Appearing and Increasing on Display

I am facing a serious display issue with my Samsung Galaxy M52. Green lines have started appearing on the screen suddenly and are progressively increasing over time. The issue appeared randomly during normal usage.

The phone has not been dropped, thrown, bent, or subjected to any physical impact, and there is no physical damage to the device from our side. The display issue appeared without any such incident.

I approached a Samsung authorized service center regarding this issue. After inspection, the service center informed me that they could not repair the issue and that the entire display/screen assembly would have to be replaced and asked us to pay Rs. 9, 000/- we were shocked to hear this as there was mistake of ours and this damage was due to their internal manufacturing defect of software problem.
Since the green lines appeared spontaneously without any physical damage and are continuing to increase, I want Samsung to replace the display screen as the problem was due to them or fix it with a suitable resolution, rather than demanding the customer to bear the full cost of replacing the display.
