This complaint regarding samsung s20 plus green line issue.
This device whoever in india have issue, I have rasied complaint to samsung CEO desk but they are not able to resolved my issue although they have introduced s20 plus policy for screen replacement till dec 2022.
In my device green line issue increased like anything now currently it's 8line.
I have raised concern to samsung head office the person who was handling my case not able to resolve as well as don't want to escalate or pass my to anyone although she gave FOC to other which I can prove, the customer who have dent scratch and loose panel they also got FOC than why this discrimination with me only, even though line issue is from samsung india side they have introduced faculty software update.
I have mailed like more than 40 plus time to samsung but not getting response only the think i am getting mentally torcher and harassment.
My health is not good due to daily this activity happening.
Begin a samsung customer from longer time never excepted that i will get this kind of output or treatment from samsung.
